Newly opened location inside the Petro Canada Gas station is actually quite nice and open 24HRS as well. Good for some quick take out and even has a few seats to sit as well. Location is new so it’s quite clean and the service is quick and friendly as well. The food was also fresh as well so hopefully they can keep the quality going over time.

This this place at Shepherd and Birchmount and W I was asking can I get sausage egg and cheese they gave me a sausage and cheese two of them I'm not very happy on there listening to me while I'm saying to them so if you can get a hold of them and tell them I'm never coming back to A&W again

Observing staff not washing their hands, jumping between stations and cash, took them 15 mins to make my orderlr. Only ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a platter. People who ordered after me was served while I continued to wait.

The gentleman even offered a free drink when I mentioned I wanted a rootbeer and he gave me a coke. 5 stars. Will definitely be back!!

I want there today i waiting for couple minutes to order then he said what do you want not even Hi how are you doing today etc i said to him Hi how are you doing today no answer then i told him i want the uncle burger combo but no BACON !!!! but they put BACON then i give back to him he try to remove it then i told them to make new one Please then they give me one the MEAT was hard and dry maybe it was waiting for long time was so mad about it i put it in garabge i just ate my fries i will report this to head office about it they don't have customer service experience and they should learn ENGLISH 😡🤬😡🤬 I WON'T COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION ANYMORE !!!!!!!!!

Restaurant is very conveniently located, staff is friendly, food is fresh. My one critique is... I noticed staff were not wearing any gloves while touching the food. Even though I'm assuming she had recently washed her hands, the optics aren't right. I expect a fresh pair of gloves to be donned just before touching food, and those gloves to be discarded immediately after. This should happen every single time food is touched, with no exceptions! I strongly urge the management to address this.
