NONE of the staff are wearing gloves. I hope the management would take action and make sure employees are wearing gloves.
Even the toppings were handheld and WITHOUT tongs or forks at least. This is extremely disgusting!
Sanitation should be top priority, especially during these times.
By far one of the worst experiences I had here, the workers were gossiping in another language (presumably Hindi) and chatting more than working and Nihal is extremely RUDE and condesending. He acts like he doesn't even want to work here, really disappointing experience, I would highly recommend AVOIDING this location and AVOIDING Nihal. Go elsewhere!!

I had a very disappointing experience during the 4:30 PM . I was served cold burger and fries by Brinda and her partner name starts with M. When I asked for them to be reheated, both were rude and said it wasn’t allowed. One staff member even removed her name badge when I asked for her name. They also refused to issue a refund. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
