I went to this location and they did not wear gloves neither they washed their hands. Also they did not put a paper as a barrier between food and the counter. This was also the same for broad view location and downtown location. Health and safety violations

This location is pathetic. They don’t allow customers in at night but claim to be 24 hours. Plus on the hottest days, they shake machine is ALWAYS out of service. So terrible considering this location is so new. Boooo!

NONE of the staff are wearing gloves. I hope the management would take action and make sure employees are wearing gloves.
Even the toppings were handheld and WITHOUT tongs or forks at least. This is extremely disgusting!
Sanitation should be top priority, especially during these times.
