This is one of the best sushi places downtown.
The quality is consistently high — everything tastes incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and it really shows the moment you start eating.

I’ve tried many sushi places, and this one is definitely among the top.
That’s why every time I’m downtown, I make sure to come here. Highly recommended!

Specializing in torched pressed sushi, it's one of the top spots to try a different take on sushi. The sweet and acidic marinade is balanced nicely to complement savory salmon, which is topped with creamy mayo and torched to bring a savory smokiness, and finished with a touch of spice with a thinly sliced jalapeno.

Been here a few times now - every time the service is amazing and the food is 10/10. The chefs are so friendly. If you want Michelin star sushi at a reasonable price you have to come!

A+! Randomly checked out this spot in the Waterworks Food Hall. Amazing quality fish! It's quite better than most high end restaurants. I love the charcoal used. Oh my gosh, the UNI and TORO was top grade. Love the way they prepared our dishes. The flavors on point. Hands down to the chef and staff. We were visiting from California and this is now on our top 5 sushi joints. The value of money you spend there is well worth it. Service great. Hope to visit in the future at their locations.

It was a nice experience, the food is good and very fresh. I liked the miso soup and their options for sushi.

Ok sushi spot, nothing amazing in particular, i would say in general it’s quite average or maybe subpar for many more picky customers, the yellowtail crudo is pretty good though the price is a bit too high, personally won’t revisit

It is after all a food court location, so you can only have so much ambiance. Everything else was excellent!

We got the spicy tuna and spicy salmon handrolls and were very disappointed. There was mush in the handroll and not fish.

Super tasty & quick! I will say, take look at the menu in advance! They’re doing some delicious tings but I was overwhelmed deciding on the spot.

Ok the sushi tastes fine. But why do the chefs wear the same pair of black gloves when making my sushi, writing on my order with a pencil, and passing me the POS to pay?? That’s just gross.
