Ordered some trays for Christmas dinner..First time having gyros there. Definitely not what im used to at most Greek restaurants. The beef was thick and tough, not the soft moist shavings you usually get off the rotating spindle. It felt like it was just roasted beef. Also somewhat spicy and nowhere near the real gyros flavor. We've been eating this dish our whole lives at various restaurants and they all were similar except for this. The lemon potatoes were also a disappointment, no garlic used and very little lemon taste. They also cut the pitas we ordered into small triangles. How are we supposed to wrap our gyros meat?? We had souvlaki pitas (not cut) there the week before which were decent, and thought maybe this dinner would be ok but no way. Spent alot of money for 8 of us and don't even want the leftovers. Not even close to even fast food Greek on Danforth. Should have went to Square Boy or any other Greek place in the city.

The employees were super kind to us! The food delicious, food wasn’t that expensive. My daughter and I loved the Greece sauce and fries, which were very crispy. All the food was super delicious and fresh. There wasn’t a long wait for the amount of food that we got.
We grabbed lunch at Acripolis Gyro Corner. We got a chicken gyro platter to go. It was a huge portion, enough for two, and it was delicious. The lady at the front was super nice, and the service was quick. The place is small, so I don't know if I'd go there for a date, but it was clean and comfy. We'll definitely go back!

My wife and I ate at Acropolis Gyro Corner today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. While eating, my wife found a bug in her food. When we showed it to the cook, he brushed it off arrogantly, saying he didn’t know where it came from. That response felt careless and unprofessional and as far as i remember he was the who was making everything, He clearly didn’t want to accept any fault, which felt careless and unprofessional.
Not long after, my wife began feeling sick with stomach pain and vomiting, which raises serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety here.
The only positive part of the visit was the front-of-house staff member. She was kind, sincerely apologized, and refunded our meals. Her professionalism stood out, but unfortunately, it couldn’t make up for the hygiene issues and the dismissive attitude from the kitchen.
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but people deserve to know. While the service at the front was excellent, the lack of cleanliness and accountability in the kitchen is unacceptable. For the sake of health and safety, I strongly caution others before dining here.
