Came here on the recommendation of a friend who used to live in the neighborhood. Enjoyed dining upstairs on patio. Enjoyed 6 perfect PEI oysters and a bread and olive plate to start. Our waiter, Dmitri recommended the sea bass special, and had it deboned for us. The sea bass with accompanying vegetables was perfect. The mushroom risotto was tender and flavorful. We finished the evening with white chocolate flan and Madeira pears. Could not have asked for a better dining experience.
Excellent food, lovely atmosphere, and wonderful service. The raging reviews about their grilled squid were right, it was phenomenal. They also had a lovely selection of Portuguese wine and desert wines. Highly recommend Adega!
To be fair, we weren't here for food, just a snack and a drink, which was at a higher price point but we paid for the vibe because it's cute in here. They also have happy hour on their board outside. I bet the actual food would've been delicious but the dessert and drink was pretty mid. Regardless, the staff was kind, friendly, and hospitable even thoughhhh our intention to just stay there for a lil pastry was questionable. Go for the gram girlie
