Overall great experience! It was my first time at Aera and I enjoyed myself. I would say the pricing isn't bad, the food is good but nothing you've never seen before. The music was good however a bit loud. I enjoyed myself and would recommend others to give it a try!

Had a terrible experience service was rushed. I was not aware that there's a two hour limit nowhere on the website or on my confirmation. Does it say that there will be a two hour wait 15 minutes before our two hours was up our waiter brought the bill and basically told us to leave Throughout our two hour experience. Everything felt rushed. They kept trying to take away cutlery and food while I was not even finished I didn't have time to sit and enjoy and have a conversation with my partner, and this was on Valentine's Day.

I visited the restaurant last Friday evening. While the food was overall decent, the front-of-house experience fell short. The hosts appeared noticeably disengaged, with a snobbish and underwhelming demeanor that suggested they were tired or uninterested in their roles. This lack of warmth and professionalism at the entrance set an unfortunate tone for the evening. With more attentive and welcoming service, the dining experience could be significantly improved.

I was really impressed with the service and the whole ambience! We celebrated both mine and another friend's birthday, and the hosts made sure our entire dining experience went well, plus there was a little surprise birthday dessert, which was really nice. Also appreciated how long we were able to keep the table (3 hours for 5 guests). Would definitely recommend for any special occasions :) Also bonus points for being halal friendly as most upscale restaurants tend to only have 1-2 options IF that.
