I visited the restaurant last Friday evening. While the food was overall decent, the front-of-house experience fell short. The hosts appeared noticeably disengaged, with a snobbish and underwhelming demeanor that suggested they were tired or uninterested in their roles. This lack of warmth and professionalism at the entrance set an unfortunate tone for the evening. With more attentive and welcoming service, the dining experience could be significantly improved.

I was really impressed with the service and the whole ambience! We celebrated both mine and another friend's birthday, and the hosts made sure our entire dining experience went well, plus there was a little surprise birthday dessert, which was really nice. Also appreciated how long we were able to keep the table (3 hours for 5 guests). Would definitely recommend for any special occasions :) Also bonus points for being halal friendly as most upscale restaurants tend to only have 1-2 options IF that.

Fantastic 16th birthday celebration. Would've been good to get our dinner table a little sooner but the lounge was very enjoyable while we waited. Highly recommend for a social event we will definitely return!

The service when we got to our table was superb. Both our waiter and the floor manager were very attentive. However, despite booking almost a month in advance requesting for a window seat with a view to celebrate a milestone bday, we were given a small table in the middle of the restaurant. Not only did seat had poor ambience with the table so close to the other guests on either side of us, the hostess right after seatiibg us (not even waiting until we're settled in) immediately mentioned that we only had 2 hrs exactly after our reservation. When I had mentioned my request they said the window seating was fully booked despite at least 2 being empty throughout our stay. It was disappointing as I really wanted to show my s/o a special birthday which unfortunately did not get on to a good start. Needless to say, despite the wait staff redeeming the experience, that inattention to guest experience plus the wait for the food to arrive (w/c made us lapse the 2 hour limit) is enough for me to skip this restaurant. There are definitely much better places that give every guest a great experience and amazing attention.

So I actually booked a table for three for dining but when the time I got there, they said oh no you booked for the bar and they were very rude about it. The server or the person that greets you as soon as you get off the elevator, they're very rude. Then when I get to the bar, I asked the bartender what drinks do you recommend and the drinks that they recommended us tasted very bad. I've never really tasted a drink that bad in my life. It's the 99 tails fox tails and a and the colossal so overall it has really beautiful views. The DJ was really good. The music a lot of people, but the food was bad. The era burger falls apart very easily And yeah, the drinks weren't good at all and I ended up spending a lot of money which I feel like wasn't really worth it and yeah.
