Affinity Fish should honestly have a Michelin star by now. The quality is phenomenal. Dry-aged local fish treated with absolute precision and respect. Delicious dinner/sake for my boyfriend’s birthday! Loved the vibes of the place and the hospitality of the chefs. The quality of the fish was incredible. It’s very clear that their menu and combination of flavors was very well thought out. I will definitely be back!! Thanks for a lovely omakase experience.
