There’s a bunch of seating indoors and they have this patio section outside.
They also have a way for people to mobile order through a QR code. For some reason the displays that show the queueing for orders in progress don’t capture mobile orders, but you do get a text when your order’s ready for pick up.
The food is definitely overpriced for what you’re getting, and it’s the quality you’d expect maybe at like an amusement park - more for convenience than anything. I got the burger and it tasted like a frozen patty kind of deal but the fries were surprisingly decent.
The premises aren’t maintained very well and had to clean our table myself.
Staff are friendly, but it was a pretty limited interaction otherwise with just grabbing my food.

Waited in line for 10 minutes just to order with only one couple in front of us. Then proceeded to take another 15 to make and give us the worst meal of our lives. Somehow the workers took over 25 minutes total to make something that takes five. A simple hamburger and sandwich is $25 and you’d expect a much better experience since your paying so much. I would rate service a 0 if I could.
Beverly was an amazing cashier! Served us with a great smile, it was such a pleasant expirience. Line up was very long, it would be nice for this place to have more people working, however Bev was doing the best she could and was doing it with a pleasure
Old Coca-Cola machine the highlight of my day...enjoyed Beyond Burger, fries and Barq's. Enjoyable and tasty!

Not interested to eat here after read all the bad reviews about this place. Saw many people sitting with empty tables, know how long it takes to serve. 🧐☹️

It's a Monday so they are not very busy. Not sure why it took so long to get our food. When it did arrive, the North Burger was awful. Tasteless, frozen patty. Save your money!
Waited for my mediocre food for over 40 minutes because they forgot my order. Unorganized as hell ???

We came to the zoo on a Wednesday in May, and the eating options were very limited. Are here as we didn’t have much choice. Way overpriced, super slow. I’d rather bring myself a sandwich next time I visit the zoo.

I had some fries and chicken tenders, unfortunately the fries were small and not very tasty either :/ the wait was even worse, my family who was with me had separate orders that took over 10 minutes to get which is absurd especially for a simple pizza
Kid-friendliness: Has a kids menu
Wheelchair accessibility: Has entrances for wheelchairs, one entrance is stairs so use another

Good food option, like hamburgers to satisfy hunger after having walked through the zoo. They give you the burgers in containers that you can recycle in the same place, the wait is not long. If you end up satisfied with the

Generic overpriced cafeteria food that'd be comparable to any common takeout counter you'd find at any minor league sports venue. The service is slow and lackadaisical, though understandable considering most of the workers are summer hired teenagers and the large volume of customers they serve daily. Portion sizes are not worth what you pay, and since some of these restaurants are contracted, I'm not sure how much of the money actually goes back to the zoo. If you purchase anything alcoholic, be prepared to wait even longer, as it appears only the manager has access to that particular fridge. Overall, if you're able to carry it, I'd recommend packing your own picnic, there's plenty of places to sit down and eat all over the zoo.

Not a great overall experience, the food is very overpriced for being mediocre at best. The poutine was not good at all, no salt on the fires, bland gravy, and room temp, non-squeaky cheese curds. The burger wasnt much better, it had no taste to it at all. The hotdog felt almost rubbery and the bun was stale. I will say that the service was quite good, though this places name is very misleading as theres no restaurant service, just cashiers like every other fast food place. There was also no atmosphere at all, not even music playing, which is unfortunate given the prime location they have. The whole restaurant could use a bit of a makeover with some theming. Also there are several things at this restaurant that are closed on weekdays so make sure you check what's open on the day you go.
