African Palace is a neighbourhood staple with the loveliest owner. Food is reliably delicious and portions are always very generous. Highly recommend Tofu tibsi, it's always a highlight.
If you have time for a coffee ceremony, it is quite an experience as well.
It was my kids first time trying Ethiopian food and they loved it. The lady who I think is the owner is beyond welcoming. Excellent food and the best service. We got a veggie platter, beef and lamb and spinach.

The food is all very fresh, fulfilling, and I always leave with a full stomach and a bit of leftover injera! Value is great, it's a sit down restaurant with beautiful decor and the way the individual meals are plated and served is so special. If you're unsure what to get, the veggie platter (for 1, 2, or many more) is great, and so is the meat & veggie platter.
