The food here is absolutely delicious and I would definitely come back. My partner and I came at an abnormal time for lunch and it wasn't too busy. Feels like it would be a great place for drinks in the evening. We sat outside in their backyard patio. Great little space. Everything was flavourful including the spice. I had the efo riro greens with chicken, stockfish and smoked crayfish. Highly recommend.

The restaurant may be a bit unassuming from the front but it is a solid spot. Amazing friendly people and amazing food. The jolof was excellent. The egusi was also very good. The spice level starts at medium but it's not too bad at all unless you can't tolerate any spice. Try the back patio it's quite nice.

A really lovely experience with yummy food. Got the jollof rice and the egusi with pounded yam. The chicken in both was juicy and flavourful.

They gave us the perfect amount of pounded yam with the egusi. Server was very nice and helpful with suggestions and explanations.

Highly recommended gem in the city.

Really solid food and good service. Be prepared for the food to take a while to come out if that is something you care about. Highly recommended booking a reservation as the restaurant is tiny, I saw multiple people get turned away. I got the wings and jollof rice.

I have had Nigerian food only a couple of times but Afrobeat is by far the best I have ever had. The staff is super friendly, they have a tasty beer selection, and the music and vibe are in point.

The food is excellent. The service isn’t. It took over an hour for the food to come to our table after we ordered it. It took over 30 minutes for the server to bring us the machine after we asked to pay. The server was too busy flirting with a table of men to be prompt with the bill. I found it very strange and off putting. My Nigerian partner told me that one should expect poor service from Nigerian businesses. However, it’s not something I find acceptable, especially when I’m paying $100–$200, including for overpriced drinks that taste meh. I’m not sure if we’ll return.
