came here on an overnight trip last from NYC and unexpectedly had some of the best cocktails i’ve ever had. the service was amazing and i had a great time talking cocktails with the bartender and getting recommendations. i never got our bartender’s names but one of them (had bartending experience in new zealand and korea??) recommended the smoky ume after i told him what i liked and it was AMAZING. he also recommended my friend and i pair the salmon tartar with the wasabee...
