This place is currently closed for a major renovation. It will open under a new name. Not sure if management has changed.

I booked for the prix fixe menu igloo dining but unfortunately all their outdoor igloos got broken during the recent winter storm, so we just had dinner indoors. To make up for it, they gave us a free cocktail drink and wine glass with our meal, which i really think was a good gesture. The food servings were generous, and one of the best winterlicious menus i’ve ever had. Our server (i forgot to ask his name, he wears glasses and was also looking after the bar area) has been very attentive and helpful which made me decide to give 5 stars instead of 4.

I went for the igloo dining. The view of the water was lovely. The inside of the igloo was decorated. The food was filling and tasted delicious. The portions were generous, I had leftover food to take home. The only thing is the heater was not very warm. But I really enjoyed the experience! I would do it again!

Accommodated a large group (9 diners) at short notice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks really tasty!

Visited here for the first time, but won't be returning. Ignored by the staff so consistently that we ended up leaving before even putting in our order (which was 25 minutes after we arrived). Didn't even get a glass of water in that time. Waitress visited the table beside us 3 times while we sat waiting to order and never even said hello to us or acknowledged in any way that we existed. Considering the prices charged for food and drink here they should improve the standard of their service.

The food is basic pub”ish” food. Not many choices on the menu. The service is really poor. Staff are slow and most appear frazzled. I’m certain this place does not get many repeat customers. They may be counting on the one-time visit by tourists. We won’t be back.

One of the best views you can get while enjoying a meal and/or drink. The food was great. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the sides were awesome, I'd order this meal again. The j*** chicken was incredible, not really spicy but juicy and flavourful. My only complaint is the staff are slow and seating was weird. The patio was half full but for some reason we had to wait a half hour. The waitress would just disappear and we'd have to really work to get her attention. I'd still go back, especially during warm weather.

Food looks much better than it tastes. Good if you want pictures of food and a nice patio view. Service was very slow. Took almost an hour before they took the food orders. And had to wait 45min for the bill after asking. I do not recommend.

One of the best lakeside patios just because of the space they have for outdoor seating. The hosts at the front are really amazing and help you chose a seat that you want according to your comfort. The food is great, service is a little slow but they make up for it with their courteous manners. 10/10 would recommend to grab a brunch.

The place is nice... food was good,We did a reservation as it was my wife's birthday....but we reached a bit late and the reception's lady was NOT AL ALL welcoming...She did not even consider my request of giving us a lakeside seat even after requesting several times. She was rather RUDE...Penny, was Amazing... Her Service was amazing... She helped us change our seat to a better place... I will surely come back and the reason is surely the hospitality given to us by Penny.

Today I was exhausted. My wife, mother-in-law, cooked excellent dishes at home, after which I had a strong feeling that nothing can surprise me tonight. We passed by this place and decided to have some cocktails. And oh, God, that salmon salad, was exactly what I needed that night. It's served in a beautiful bowl and has amazing ingredients. As well as it's big enough to make me full. Sangria was also great, it has some ingredients that are not my favorite, like pineapple, but mixed together it creates awesome flavour. Finally, the patio is close to water, that only a few places in downtown have.

Had drinks (Niagara Riesling and Henderson beer) and snacks (salad and truffle fries) outside today and it was wonderful. Great service, good eats, reasonable price and lovely view overlooking the Lake and islands. A nice surprise was their dog friendliness - they even have a menu for them! No idea if it's a safe or healthy one but kinda cool that they thought of it. Will definitely be back.

Worst managed restaurant in Toronto. Ordered brunch at 230. At 330 our waitress offered us the bill even though our food still hadnt come. At 345 the “manager” came over to let me know i can no longer receive the food i ordered more than hour because the waitress screwed up and brunch ended at 3. So instead of taking responsibility and even attempting to fix her mistake, she forced me to order something off the lunch menu because apparently they cant fry an egg after 3 its simply too much of an inconvenience. Worst part was not only did she not even know what i had ordered originally and was giving stupid irrelevant reasons as to why they cant honour my order but she had the audacity to be rude on top of being a terrible manager. Also the person i was with did not receive his food even though it was off their lunch menu because “the kitchen only cooks full orders together”- clearly a foolproof system ? Disastrous 2 hour wait for a meal not even worth it. At the end they compd our bill but it really didnt matter. No one checked on us for an hour and the restaurant wasnt even full, no water was brought and when she came to tell us we’d be waiting another 20 minutes on top of the 1.5 hrs for food she didnt even bring bread. Although screw ups can happen anywhere, the manager’s unprofessional rude attitude and inability to run a restaurant properly is definitely a reason to never go back. Seriously embarrassing service for a restaurant ?

Good place to grab a lunch by the lake. Their shades are funny like … cannot even cover half of the table. Service is pretty slow but food is quick cooked and fresh tasting. Drink menu has a variety of selections. Menu is covering many countries food. Good to try.

Although the menu clearly states that they serve brunch on weekends and holidays - they actually decide not to without any warning! We were disappointed with the food, the attitude and the service. Also it is overpriced for the value you get. The location is great, and our waiter was very nice.
