Had a great experience at Ajisen Ramen. The shrimp yakitori was juicy and flavorful, and the Beyond Meat ramen with vegan black garlic broth was rich and comforting. Sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious, and the lychee Ramune was super refreshing. Service was excellent, and the spacious seating with comfy booths made the whole visit very relaxing. Definitely coming back!

Disappointed that new menu removes tofu and replaces it with Beyond Meat, an ultra-processed, less healthy, US-based product that socially and nutritionally conscious vegetarians do not eat.

Really nice succulent ramen! We both ordered the Ajisen Spicy (about $17 per person) for a 6:30pm Saturday night dinner. The waitstaff were nice but difficult to flag down for water refills or additional napkins. The music was also too loud and distracting for conversation. But the taste was so super worthwhile.
