Tempura overall is good. Particularly like the variety in seafood items. The oyster in particular is quite nice. Ordered an udon tempura combo. The udon was quite disappointing. Unlike the tangibly fresh ramen from Konjiki, the udon seemed to be from frozen and had ?freezer burn on it. The broth was dilute. I suppose it is a tendon stop and not an udon stop so perhaps this is not too unexpected.

Considering the level of restaurants in this area, 5 stars is probably appropriate, but please excuse my harsh comment.
Overall, the noodles felt a little overcooked and the texture was not good. The flavor of the signature soy sauce ramen soup was good, but the "tonkotsu" ramen wasn't tonkotsu at all. I can understand the idea of local optimization, but I feel like it's a different product with just the color being finished in the style of tonkotsu...
