I have recently tried their saj bread chicken shawarma and beef/lamb shawarma, everything they put inside is fresh and their sauces are well balanced. The beef/lamb is well marinated, the taste of nutmeg on the meat is superb. The lentil soup is a must try as well.

Ahmed is the best he's a very friendly,nice and polite person making customers feel welcomed, always like coming when he's there, that treats customers the best and take cares of them.

It was okay rice weren’t fresh

I ordered a BOGO deal from their website but when my coworker went to pick up the order, they said there's no such deal and my coworker ended up having to pay for another platter that was supposed to be included in the BOGO deal. If there was no such deal, how was it I was able to order it from the website? Not to mention the price for the deal is also more than the regular platter (screenshots from online order website attached).
Moreover, they managed to mess up the only 2 items they had to prepare. I ordered the platter for my coworker who doesn't eat hot sauce and tomatoes, and for myself I got the wrap with no raw onions but with everything else. They only followed the notes for the platter not the wrap, so I ended up with a no tomatoes, no hot sauce, and with raw onions wrap. If they struggle to follow instructions for a 2-item order, how are they going to manage if they encounter a big order with different instructions for each item for multiple people with different diets?
I have been ordering from this location many times over the past years as my office is nearby and we offer lunch to our staff on Saturday, and most of the times there'll be something missing/wrong with the orders but I didn't want to make a big deal because they are minor. However, this is the last straw and I will definitely try my best to avoid this location from now on.

The portion size of platter is so less compared to other ali baba,s in Etobicoke area in the recent times. They keep tossing unnecessary stuff to trick customers of actual meat. The employee requires training to serve customers with decent portion size for the money spent.

This used to be my favourite place to eat shawarma wraps but this last time was very disappointing, from the moment you enter the place it is very dirty , entrance door, windows, floor , counter and kitchen from customer’s sight they had mosquito traps . There was brown leakage from the ceiling onto the floor that dropped on my family and I as we grabbed a drink from the fridge and the food and service was disgusting. We decided to throw it out. Too sad to see a good place become our least favourite

Food is fantastic and the portion sizes are well worth it! Staff was also amazing. Only giving a 4 star for the atmosphere because it was so ridiculously hot inside we were counting the seconds til we could grab our food and go. But super clean, delicious and friendly. That's what matters.

Gotta say i was hesitant on this place with many shawarma options around..wow is all I can say food is soo good. Portions are exactly what you pay for ..staff accommodation what you want on your shawarma without issue..seriously a hidden gem on rexdale blvd. Moe the owner is doing a fantastic job and pretty sure this is my new Shawarma spot.

This place is a disaster and it need to be shut down immediately by the public health. It’s the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been to from Their main door the the washroom, the food is really old you could tell and damage we are having stomach problems now all of us .please be very careful to eat here unless if you want to suicide.
