Let me set the record straight. This is one of the best wraps in the city. Picture this if you can: after imbibing at Noonans (best pint of Guinness in the city), catching a show at the Danforth or simply getting off at Broadview following a long day, you walk into the warm embrace of Ali Baba’s. The service is efficient and polite. Your meal of choice is expertly and quickly done to specification. You sit down with your closest friends who have enjoyed a fair few beverages, (mind you this author is writing as the designated driver so these praises are not tainted with the fog of a drunken meal; a state that can often lead to exaggeration) what follows is emotional ecstasy. A perfect combination of spice, flavor and proportioned toppings. Do yourself a favor, go out with your mates or a loved one and have a wrap beforehand, during and after the night’s revelry. Life is short eat at Ali’s.

Great customer service and amazing food!

This store is not like the rest of the alibabas taste is way different i prefer other stores the portion is pretty good though also all other stores I have been to dont make you pay extra for toppings like Tabbouleh and $4 for a bottle of water is crazy in my opinion but one plus the guys working up front are great very friendly and professional also if your eating there be prepared for really loud prayer type music the whole time

Terrible customer service. Staff were rude and dismissive, and the whole experience felt rushed. Rude staff that working at night Definitely not coming back. Also , they treated Uber delivery driver very badly. Poor service, rude and bad attitude coming from staffer.

Tasted delicious and it was really cheap but gave me 3 days of food poisoning. Should've known for a 2am $9 wrap

My friends and I went to this place last night, Nov 4, around midnight, and the service my friend received by the person making the wraps was terrible. He specifically said no hummus on his order more than 3 times because he's allergic and the worker still gave him the wrap with hummus. My friend found out that he got the wrong order after 1 bite and he had to spit it out and throw away the wrap. My friend went in to tell the worker that he got the wrong wrap and the worker was giving my friend attitude for no good reason. I even saw him slam a wrap down the counter out of frustration, which was uncalled for because the worker was the one in the wrong. I don't know what was going on inside his head, but serving a paying customer the wrong food that he was allergic to, and giving an attitude was just wrong. My friend isn't even coming to class today because he was experiencing a lot of issues with his stomach and this is after spitting out the first bite. If he had eaten the whole thing, then he may have had a more severe reaction requiring a visit to the ER, but luckily, he didn't need to. Otherwise, for all the wraps he made that was paid for were great. It's just his attitude that needs fixing.
