One of the best deals in the city! Two falalfa wraps for $8.49 every Tuesday, and they’re generously filled. The staff are welcoming and attentive, which makes the experience even better.

Your buy one get one from Uber is a scam. It’s half the portion. I payed $22 for 2 half portion chicken platter. When I could’ve payed $44 for 2 full portions. Now me and my kids are hungry, and waiting for another 30min to get delivery is not ideal at all. Please be aware of this. Please update your Uber APP and let us know its half portion. Thank you

The falafel and shish tawook were great. They have great vibrant music and lovely service. You can enjoy your meal on comfy, clean couches. I had a pleasant stop here today.

I've been going to this location for years, and it has gone downhill in a big way. I ordered two shawarma's recently and the quality was unacceptably bad.
Both the chicken and beef had been on the spit for far far too long, charred to a crisp, and the employee didn't care and used these scraps in my meal. The employee was clearly checked out, and didn't toast the shawarma properly. These were without a doubt the worst shawarma's I've ever purchased, an inedible waste.
I never leave bad reviews, but the food here was so abymassaly bad that it needed flagging. I would not recommend visiting this location until they show some care in their product and service again.

It’s alright—solid option if you’re looking for something generally healthy and filling. The food is decent, nothing standout, but good for a quick bite. Convenient location, but not a place I’d go out of my way for.

The person who gave me the wrap did not wrap it properly or grilled it I was served a very cold wrap, I’m very disappointed, it’s on June 1st at 3.27pm or so. This is very disappointing
I love going here. The staff are always friendly and it's super convenient to order on the ritual app.
Good quality (ḥalāl) shawarma made better by excellent customer service. This Ali Baba's location is an essential pillar of the (Bloor & Lansdowne) community. It's a very clean and beautifully decorated space.
You know the food is good when the place is packed with people of all ages & ethnicities.
The go-to when we need to just not make dinner. Chicken is great. Over the past year all the flavours and the overall freshness has really improved too!
Some feedback: It would be great if you enabled the tip feature on your Moneris payment system. I’m assuming most people don’t pay with cash and thus can’t tip, as the only way currently is to put physical cash in a container on the counter. Just something I wanted to express because I had excellent service this evening and wanted to tip but there wasn’t a way for me to do so. I left feeling crappy about it, and although I’m sure there’s a reason, I can’t help but think it could be hurting staff retention? When I worked in the food biz the tips were always nice “gravy” to have. Thank you for reading!
