The person who gave me the wrap did not wrap it properly or grilled it I was served a very cold wrap, I’m very disappointed, it’s on June 1st at 3.27pm or so. This is very disappointing

I love going here. The staff are always friendly and it's super convenient to order on the ritual app.

Good quality (ḥalāl) shawarma made better by excellent customer service. This Ali Baba's location is an essential pillar of the (Bloor & Lansdowne) community. It's a very clean and beautifully decorated space.

You know the food is good when the place is packed with people of all ages & ethnicities.

The go-to when we need to just not make dinner. Chicken is great. Over the past year all the flavours and the overall freshness has really improved too!

Some feedback: It would be great if you enabled the tip feature on your Moneris payment system. I’m assuming most people don’t pay with cash and thus can’t tip, as the only way currently is to put physical cash in a container on the counter. Just something I wanted to express because I had excellent service this evening and wanted to tip but there wasn’t a way for me to do so. I left feeling crappy about it, and although I’m sure there’s a reason, I can’t help but think it could be hurting staff retention? When I worked in the food biz the tips were always nice “gravy” to have. Thank you for reading!

I hadn't had Ali Baba's in years and I must say the beef shawarma wrap was incredible. The shawarma was flavourful, the toppings were fresh and it was perfectly pressed. I would 100% go back!

The store manager and staff always welcome and chat with customers. It’s such a nice and homey atmosphere.

Ali Baba has special menus for each day of the week, but there are even more special menus that are exclusive to this store. Tuesday's falafel wrap (chickpea croquette wrap), chicken or fish plate, student wrap + juice set (see above)
The store has been renovated and is quite clean. The manager and staff are friendly and the store has a nice atmosphere. According to the manager, they have Deals so that anyone can eat something delicious for about $10 every day 🥺If you can't decide where to eat at Bloor, come here!

(2021) Tuesday special Falafel wrap(2wraps $7.99) is my favorite! Both the tray with vegetables and the store are clean and safe. Don't forget to show proof of vaccination when eating or drinking inside the restaurant. You can also express your wishes such as no ○○ or extra ○○, as in subway.
