I placed an order on Uber Eats today at 6:15pm and I specifically requested my meat to be very well done, but it arrived completely raw. Unfortunately, my dinner ended up being a waste, which is really disappointing! Even though I left a note, the extra rawness doesn’t seem very considerate.

My friend and I ordered from this restaurant
They forgot to put the chicken in the chopped kale salad, we paid $6 for that.
They didn’t put any Jalapeños in the salad + the chicken peas were not roasted or seasoned how they usually are. The tahini sauce they gave seems so watered down.
This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with them, even before when we ordered chicken strips, the strips were great but the honey mustard sauce was so watered down.
There has always been an issues with the food items.
The staff is very polite though, so no complains there. But yeah the food is not it!
I have tried Aloette Go multiple times from their Bay Street location and it had been amazing and they are consistently good!

First of all, the char on this burger is absolutely phenomenal. I personally love the smoky taste that the burger has, also I like how the burgers are not cooked to medium well. The banquet burger has always been top notch. On the other hand, I am not a big fan of their chicken sandwiches. I love friend chicken but I tend to find it a bit bland and not really flavourful. Overall amazing place.

I was excited to try the fried chicken burger after seeing the reviews, but I would not return. You should listen to the reviews that say the size of the burger is absolutely not worth the money. Other than the size, the burger is too oily and was burnt, they put too much relish and the whole thing tasted sour from that, and the seasoning on the patty wasn’t even good. Disappointing.
The Go burger and fries + side salad is my go to every time! This location always execute with perfection! Love the crunchy cheese in the Go Burger! The crispy pickle goes well with the sauce and adds a nice texture to the burger. Side salad is always fresh~ amazing quality for a take out salad! 10/10! Wish there is a location uptown so I can visit more often!
