I suppose energetic is one way of describing the noise level. However, I would describe the music as blaring and overwhelming loud as was the overlay of diners basically yelling at each other in order to be heard. I could not have a conversation with my partner because I could not hear him even though he was less than three feet away. I consistently had to ask the waiter to repeat themselves. While the food and waiter were amazing, it is the noise level that made our dining experience uncomfortable and disappointing. We will not be returning. If we want blaring dance beat music, we will go to a dance club for that.

Phenomenal experience at Amal! We came for brunch to celebrate a birthday and asked our server for some recommendations on what was popular. We had Amal's Hummus, Nabuli Salad, the Meat Platter and Amal's breakfast, all shared. Portions were generous, our server was delightful and everyone who came by to refill water or bus the table was attentive and kind. Would love to come back for dinner! Thanks Amal!

Wow! What a fantastic experience! Very accommodating to my Mom who uses a walker. Food was 5 plus stars as was our server Andre, as well as many others who served food, drinks and offered comments on the food. Servers were very happy, helpful and seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs. Music provided a very cool vibe which offset the amazing design and decor that permeates this glorious eatery! Such attention to detail in every element of this experience. Nice to have a table side visit with the GM. Will return soon!

Superb Lebanese dining. It's a large room and packed on Saturdays. So it's loud. The cocktails are pricy but worth the plunge. Apps include hummus with beef and pomegranate - wow - and spring rolls of cheese with truffle and honey. Had the skewers for two and took half home. Will return.

Very disappointing. Poor service. The waitress. was anxious to take our order, once taken, she disappeared never checked to see if everything was ok. The pita for the Amal Humus was old, I spoke to her about it.. she completely dismissed my concerns.. O have been to Amal about 10 times... the service has deteriorated over the last 6 months.... not sure why

I discovered Amal when looking for dinner options near my hotel and could not have been happier. I had high expectations after reading reviews and studying the menu and was still blown away! The hummus with veal and pomegranate molasses was the consensus top dish but the octopus, falafel, and baba were all equally amazing. Highly recommended! Gorgeous ambiance and attentive staff, truly and remarkable dining experience!
