The food is amazing. The pizza is the real deal as far as Windsor-style Pizza goes.That being said, the last two times that I've ordered take out, I've had to wait an additional 30 to 45 minutes than what was originally communicated. They kept telling me..."it will be ready in ten minutes...ten minutes...it got pushed back again....ten minutes."It has been such a negative experience that I may never order from here again, and when previously I would rave about this place and tell everyone to order from here, now I will likely tell people to stay away....or plan to order 2 hours ahead.My suggestions to management;1) Expand your kitchen because it can't handle the demand, or find a better order management system so that you don't take additional orders when it's too busy.2) Train your staff on setting realistic wait time expectations.The team was working as hard as they could under the current system you have in place, but the system is broken.

This place was my go to for take out but it’s always a total mess now because the food is never ready on time. Waited 20 minutes in the cold for pick up because the food was late and then they never told me when it was ready. No acknowledgement from staff, just blank stares.

Awesome bar with great atmosphere and charming staff. I ordered a pepperoni pizza at around 950pm-ish on a Saturday night last week and it was pretty decent. I just wished I came in earlier to be able to eat a pizza slice with more toppings(cause I'm the type of pizza lover that likes more than 7 toppings on a pizza). The kitchen closes at 10pm despite the fact that the bar keeps going afterwards. Cool place to grab a drink and chillax.

Our server was wonderful she was so nice! They have drink specials and the pizza is windsor style really tasty! Would come back! Dont mind the bad quality picture. Also the drinks are reasonably priced. They had a special after 7pm 5$ bar rails on

I wish i could give a million stars! I’m originally from Windsor and I’ve been searching for pizza like home for years. I practically gave up hope until a friend (also originally from Windsor) told me about Ambassador. So last night, for my birthday, I travelled from Bowmanville to Toronto to check it out. WOW. I was practically in tears. It was PERFECT! The cheese. The crust. The beloved canned mushrooms. The shredded bacon. Right down to the old fashioned pizza tray it’s served on! I was in Pizza Heaven! I couldn’t have loved it more!!! And the ambiance of the place! So charming! Right down to the Steve McQueen pinball machine! Great music too! And great beer and cider to go with the Za!!! Love Love Love this place! Toronto’s answer to Windsor pizza hands down!!! Don’t ever close! I’m coming back, baby, again and again!!!
