I ordered on ubereats and I can’t put into words how incredible the Aburi Kaisen Don was. Fresh, great pickled sides, the rice was seasoned perfectly.100/10. Cannot wait to try more!

We come here pretty often and they’re a solid sushi spot at fair prices. Sometimes they provide a bit too much rice though for the nigiri and maki. They have some off days where the fish doesn’t taste as fresh but quality is usually good. Also, it’s pretty much a takeout only spot for those that don’t know.

I ordered the chirashi don and the ami-no makimono set, both were crazy good. Both are large portions and the fish is so fresh and tasty. The chirashi had a huge helping of both fish and rice (a bit too much rice imo).The maki rolls are huge compared to other sushi places and the rice is cooked perfectly. Their service is prompt as well. I will be back !

The most captivating part of sushi is the ability to enjoy it in the comfort of your own house without it degrading in quality. The hamachi set was the right bet, as four thick, expertly cut slices of silky hamachi sashimi were laid out for me. Gently melting on my tongue, the flavour unfolds into a clean salinity and gentle sweetness, rich yet balanced, with a tender chew and unparalleled affinity with soy sauce. The slices of fish on the nigiri lean thinner but longer, draping gracefully over the exquisite shari (sushi rice), which has an excellent grain definition and gentle springiness, seasoned with red vinegar that gives a rounded sweetness and mild acidity that perfectly complements the fish’s fat; although it takes a bit of skill to get the full bite on your chopsticks. Plus, the ami-no roll maintains a balanced rice-to-filling ratio, plump with tender hamachi, creamy avocado, kani salad, sweet shrimp and crunchy cucumber. It delivers harmony and complex depth of flavour that still highlights the hamachi’s natural sweetness. The Salmon Dragon roll is equally legendary - golden shrimp tempura delivers a flavourful crisp, while the ripe avocado and masago eggs contribute creaminess and a briny pop of texture. Strips of cucumber keep the roll balanced with some crunch, and the salmon topping - brushed with a sweet-salty tamari glaze - adds a buttery, tender enrichment.

Had pretty high expectations and I can’t say I was disappointed but I wasn’t blown away either. In terms of value and portion it is pretty solid. Good amount of fish and good presentation but there was a crazy amount of rice on everything. Like the nigiri had a tennis ball size of rice under pretty much. Still my favorite takeout spot in the area.

Best take out sushi spot in Toronto. I got the tuna, salmon, and hamachi don. The rice was amazing and fish was fresh. The wasabi is the real deal, not the fake kind you get at most other stores.

My order was confirmed by the restaurant and showed as being prepared, but it was cancelled later without explanation.
I tried this due to the high ratings. While the portion is generous, the fish quality is only supermarket/foodcourt level. Stick with the rolls where there's tons of sauce and seasoning. Skip the nigiri where the tasteless fish is front and centre.

This place is phenomenal! Firstly, it’s the best sushi in the area. Not by a little but by a long shot! Trust me. Just try it. But also, the staff are amazing. I made a mistake by ordering something that I’m allergic to and they fixed it for me with a smile. Super kind of them because it was entirely my fault. I love this place
