Our evening was a fabulous one! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our seating request, which I truly appreciated. Our waitress was exceptional - friendly, attentive ~ she made us feel welcome, comfortable and valued during our visit. The food was enjoyable ~ but what really made the evening special was the outstanding service, beautiful environment, and friendly and warm atmosphere. The entire team clearly takes pride in creating a wonderful dining experience for their guests. I'm so happy we chose Amsterdam Barrel House ~ I'll make this my go to and would absolutely return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
Disappointing. I was excited to have the Sunday roast dinner advertised. Sadly, it was not very good and definitely over priced. $ 43 for 3 (rare-medium) cooked slices of roast beef of which 1/3 or more was lost by cutting off all the fat. It came luke warm along with 1 sad little ( also just warm) Yorkshire pudding. Garlic mash was good, and thankfully hot but only 1 veg which was roasted beets. ( not even a generous portion) The gravy was extremely oily on top. I did mention to both server and manager who both apologized and too $8 off the $43 If you go here for dinner don't expect too much with regards to a Sunday roast
Sunday Roast beef dinner special...beef good, , but Yorkshire puddling very burned, and vegetable too well done. Manager did give a discount, but Yorkshire pudding should not have been served that way! Would try again though.

Service is fantastic! Busy night because of Jays World Series game but they were super attentive and food was great
One of our neighborhood favorites. Always made to feel welcome our server and food was excellant! Great spot to gather with friends and family for casual and fun dinning experience.
We went to this restaurant to watch the Blue Jays baseball game. Our waiter was fabulous and very attentive. Food was very good. Had a relaxing evening watching the game, drinking beer having a meal and then coffee and dessert. All in all was a great evening unfortunately the team we were reading for a lost.
Our server was stupendous! She was very helpful, honest and wonderful to deal with. Food was good and prices reasonable. Beer I had was terrific.
Had brunch here and it was amazing! They also have DRAG BRUNCH? I’ll be there for sure!!

The atmosphere and service were good, but the food was disappointing. The margarita pizza, in particular, was the worst pizza I've ever had...

Went there for my husband's birthday dinner and has the best time! The fish tacos are great and the penne with a vodca sauce was delicious (I hope they make it a regular dish!). And Shonee made our night so special! We'll definitely be back for more soon 😊

The staff were lovely and the patio was very cosy, which I really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations — I ordered the 24-hour cooked brisket, but it didn’t taste like brisket. Sadly, I also felt unwell later that night, so I think there’s room for improvement on the food side.
