Disappointed
I got a maple latte and it was my first time trying it
It tastes like nothing
When I asked them to add maple syrup they refused
The service is minor and the staff is not helpful .

Way over priced for sizing and quality. Almost $20 for a large iced spanish latte blend and a hot dark roast latte medium that looks like a small. The iced latte Spanish blend was more ice than the latte itself and basically paying for the ice. I rather pay for high quality coffee elsewhere where you get what your actually paying for. Atmosphere is clean and beautiful but that's the only thing appealing.

I stopped by this busy busy location and ordered a dark latte, the chocolate taste completely overwhelmed the coffee taste šŸ˜žā€¦..the staff was not as friendly as before, that’s probably because there’s a constant lineup, but they didn’t forget to do a beautiful latte art for my drink, thank you !

I wished I reviewed the google reviews before coming here. When they first opened their coffee was great. Coming back again I noticed their hot matcha was lukewarm warm…came back again for another chance and their Kyoto latte was so bland. I decided to review the google reviews and noticed that their service and quality went downhill. I’m not coming back again.

My favourite coffee shop in GTA. Over the period i have tried almost all the coffee varieties including the seasonal affogato. It was perfect. Portion size was good, and the quality matched the price. It always took about 5 minute for the drink to arrive. Staff were attentive and polite.
The space felt modern. Seating was bit uncomfortable for me. The place looked clean. But the tables needed more attention.
Overall, a pleasant experience. Worth it if you’re looking for a good coffee experience.

I was looking forward to the Matcha, but it wasn’t available that time. So, I ended up getting a Spanish latte, which wasn’t much to be honest. It’s overrated, in my opinion.

A coffee shop mainly for grab-and-go or a quick drink — definitely not the place to sit leisurely and have long conversations with friends. It’s located in Union GO Station and looks well lit and clean. I ordered a cappuccino (not listed on the menu they hand you). It was just average — nothing particularly good or bad — but it was served hot. Prices are a bit higher than many other coffee shops. Also, I’d advise people to check the cup sizes beforehand, as they have four different options.

For unknown reason, they don't serve chemeix (filter coffee), even the staff don't know why, they just say oh we don't serve it, although the branch is equipped with it.

TLDR; Service at this location is horrendous. I understand they must deal with insane rushes, but as someone that works in service, as well, Arabica needs to do some serious customer service training with their staff.

The store was surprisingly pretty empty when I got there and ordered, there was only one other group of 3 that ordered ahead of me in the store at the time. I ordered a spanish latte, and the girl at the cash (Chika) asked if it was with regular milk. I was on a call at the time and was in the middle of a response. There was a total of about 1-2 seconds that elapsed from when she asked the question and when I was able to respond to Chika’s question, but she had, without a word, already presented me with the tip & checkout screen and walked away. When she finally returned, I said ā€œSorry with oat milk pleaseā€, and she visibly rolled her eyes and adjusted the order, and again presented me to the checkout screen without a word, which felt incredibly hostile. I still tipped 10%, which then came out to a hefty $9 for one latte. She silently handed me the receipt and left. When I looked at the receipt immediately after this interaction (and before they had started making my drink - the 3 people ahead of me were still waiting for theirs), I saw that it had said ā€œmatcha latteā€, so I went back to the cash area and said, ā€œSorry, I ordered a spanish latte but this says matcha?ā€, and she replied ā€œYou ordered a matcha latte.ā€, to which I replied, ā€œNo… I ordered a spanish latteā€¦ā€ (I felt like I was being gaslit by a man in that moment 😭). She again rolled her eyes and walked away without a word, and said something to her coworker in a different language (possibly Japanese ?). She never addressed me or looked in my direction again, so I was very confused and feeling frustrated by this entire experience.
They called my order number and the girl at the end of the counter (who was the one Chika had said something to in a different language I couldn’t understand), gave me the unfriendliest look when handing me my order and also said nothing other than ā€œiced spanish latteā€.

I understand it could’ve been frustrating dealing with people all day, and then misunderstanding my order, but the way the staff handled this insanely common and simple situation left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth, especially considering that I had paid a premium price for this incredibly awful service.

Had coffee here a few weeks ago! I’d seen it so many times on Instagram, so I was excited to finally try it out plus I needed caffeine and a place to get some work done.

The design of the coffee shop is great, definitely eye catching from the outside. Inside, the space is decent with enough space for people to study or just chill.

That said, the coffee wasn’t really my taste. It’s a nice spot to try once, but I don’t think I’ll be back for a second round. Still, glad I got to experience it!

If you want an expensive lukewarm watery coffee with no cream available, % Arabica is where to go.
Besides, are the coffee beans 10% Arabica? 4% Arabica? They don’t say. HA!

I thought the drinks were incredibly strong and tasted great! Personal preference but it tasted like they did not cheap out. Would come back again, never tasted so strong! Efficient service when I went with a line.
