Specialty coffee chain from Japan. They have locations all around the world and I've been to a few of them. The ambiance, decor, and offer is similar to other locations I've visited. The coffee is good but a little pricey. This location is located inside Union station and is very convenient to grab on your commute.

Tried arabica for the first time. I got the cafe latte, it was pretty good, nothing special tho. Thankfully there wasn’t a line so I didn’t have to wait, but a line formed after getting my coffee. Staff were friendly and were knowledgeable. They explained the menu to us when we couldn’t decide, which I really appreciated.
The Spanish latte was very smooth and not barely sweet. The wait time was minimal, and the service was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant first time experience.

Well it’s a ritual for me if I’m travelling through union station I do stop over to get my regular dark latte here which I absolutely love.
I have tried multiple drinks and food times across the menu and I don’t find food/bakery items appealing compared to the price. It’s definitely always busy but it always deliver!

This is located inside the Union Station. The store was clean and the service was quick. I tried the coffee soft serve and it was tasty with nice aroma.

Disappointed
I got a maple latte and it was my first time trying it
It tastes like nothing
When I asked them to add maple syrup they refused
The service is minor and the staff is not helpful .

Way over priced for sizing and quality. Almost $20 for a large iced spanish latte blend and a hot dark roast latte medium that looks like a small. The iced latte Spanish blend was more ice than the latte itself and basically paying for the ice. I rather pay for high quality coffee elsewhere where you get what your actually paying for. Atmosphere is clean and beautiful but that's the only thing appealing.

I stopped by this busy busy location and ordered a dark latte, the chocolate taste completely overwhelmed the coffee taste 😞…..the staff was not as friendly as before, that’s probably because there’s a constant lineup, but they didn’t forget to do a beautiful latte art for my drink, thank you !

I wished I reviewed the google reviews before coming here. When they first opened their coffee was great. Coming back again I noticed their hot matcha was lukewarm warm…came back again for another chance and their Kyoto latte was so bland. I decided to review the google reviews and noticed that their service and quality went downhill. I’m not coming back again.

My favourite coffee shop in GTA. Over the period i have tried almost all the coffee varieties including the seasonal affogato. It was perfect. Portion size was good, and the quality matched the price. It always took about 5 minute for the drink to arrive. Staff were attentive and polite.
The space felt modern. Seating was bit uncomfortable for me. The place looked clean. But the tables needed more attention.
Overall, a pleasant experience. Worth it if you’re looking for a good coffee experience.

I was looking forward to the Matcha, but it wasn’t available that time. So, I ended up getting a Spanish latte, which wasn’t much to be honest. It’s overrated, in my opinion.

A coffee shop mainly for grab-and-go or a quick drink — definitely not the place to sit leisurely and have long conversations with friends. It’s located in Union GO Station and looks well lit and clean. I ordered a cappuccino (not listed on the menu they hand you). It was just average — nothing particularly good or bad — but it was served hot. Prices are a bit higher than many other coffee shops. Also, I’d advise people to check the cup sizes beforehand, as they have four different options.
For unknown reason, they don't serve chemeix (filter coffee), even the staff don't know why, they just say oh we don't serve it, although the branch is equipped with it.
