We went pre-show so it was pretty early and the place was nearly empty. That didn't last as the restaurant soon filled up. I had the fish special and my wife had a red shrimp special. Both meals were superb. The fish was a sea bass filet and cooked perfectly. Kate the server was just wonderful and really made the experience special.

This was my fourth time at Ardo, which has quickly become my favorite restaurant for dinner. I was there midweek for lunch, and it was surprisingly quiet, which was perfect for conversation. I had the tartufo pasta, which was incredible. I can still recall the exquisite amalgamation of Parmigiano cheese, anchovy butter, and fresh black truffle. Yummy. As someone who loves chocolate, the mousse for dessert did not disappoint. Paired with a cappuccino, it was the perfect ending to the meal. My dining partner had the cannoli, which looked amazingly decadent. What sets Ardo apart from the competition is its unwavering dedication to professional service and going beyond the norm to make your dining experience memorable. You probably know what it is like when you find that magical restaurant that you want to return to over and over again until you have tried everything on the menu at least twice. Ardo is just such a place.

As always, an excellent meal. Probably some of the best service in Toronto, friendly helpful but not overwhelming servers. Third visit and it's been consistently exceptional. Fritters, olives, orrechetti, pizza Norma and canolli. All cooked well, portions large, leftover pizza for lunch!

We had a very nice experience at Ardo in Toronto. The place is cozy with a great atmosphere and attentive service. The highlight was definitely the pizza: large, perfectly baked, with a light dough and high-quality ingredients — absolutely worth trying! The tuna carpaccio was also very good: fresh, light, and nicely presented. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more saltiness, but overall it was quite enjoyable. The arancini were tasty as well, though considering the price and portion size, I’m not sure I would order them again. Overall, a great experience — high quality, nice ambiance, and I would happily come back.
