Always a good experience at Aria Ristorante, especially with the seafood options. The sea bream was excellent, and I highly recommend it. I also like their burrata and pasta/gnocchi. While the restaurant is pricier than similar establishments, it makes sense given the proximity to Scotiabank Arena. The service is usually on point, but it was very slow before one of the events we were going to, and we were a little late. The manager was very friendly and apologetic.

We went for a family meal after a botched service at a different restaurant the night prior. We were greeted with warmth. The service was exceptional. The owners came over for a personal touch, and we got to chatting. My mother-in-law, who doesn’t have a lot of friends in Toronto, was greeted in her native tongue (Italian), and treated like family (as were we all). The mushroom ravioli was great! Service was slow and below average. I was not greeted when I showed up and I waited for a good ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged. Once seated, the server came after another ten minutes to ask for drinks and drink came after another fifteen minutes. I get that I went there on a busy night when the hockey game was being played.
