Quaint little diner, does a well-priced, tasty and sizeable classic breakfast. Service was fast and attentive.
Great food and service! The place has a cozy, classic diner vibe. The service was impressively fast, and the staff—both cooks and servers—were genuinely friendly. You can tell it’s a local favorite, with plenty of regulars dropping in. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and the sausages were full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back for a quiet Sunday morning brunch and to try more items on the menu.
Always a great breakfast
I've been coming here for the past 48 years... obviously, they are doing something right! Total comfort food. Feels like I'm coming home to family when I visit. :)
Felt like I'd teleported to small town Canada; it was such a nice, casual, home-style feel to everything. The staff was welcoming, relentlessly friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. The food was exactly as advertised, perfect portion for the price, and followed suit with the home-style feel.
Will be back!
Classic diner breakfast done right! Fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, perfect eggs—and coffee that keeps coming. The vibe is pure, and just the right amount of retro. The cutest staff around—super friendly, quick with a smile, and they make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger just a little longer. 10/10 would come back for the food and the charm.
Love this place, have breakfast there every two weeks or so. Really nice family owned staff, wait no more then 0 - 5 minutes to sit, good individual potions of food, classic omelet's and home fries. Just a great local greasy spoon.
This place has the best breakfast at a fantastic price. Service is always quick and friendly.
The perfect diner. Love the breakfast and the fries.
Places like this are becoming a rarity in this city. Set your culinary expectations to basic and you'll come out full and happy.

I came in a couple weeks ago and was having a really hard day, I ordered my food and the waitress saw I had been crying and she offered to buy me 20$ more food, I was able to pick anything on the menu for free. This incredibly kind generous gesture made my whole month. I was able to order more delicious food and was so stuffed at the end of my meal. I hope that the staff know how much this meant to me and I am so grateful. The food here is so so so great and is my favourite place to get food in Toronto. The staff is beyond wonderful and I will never forget the pure kindest I received here. This is a must try
A bit of history on Roncy. Super casual, families every where and reasonably priced.
If you love a dinner this is the spot
Great spot 👍
Best family owned restaurant in the neighborhood! Also great prices. Would highly recommend :)
AMAZING!! CLASSIC DINER. I'm very happy I found this gem.. I reminds me of the diners I went to as a kid. Blueberry pancakes, thick bacon, rye toast.. I'm in heaven. Great prices, friendly welcoming staff.
