We in Roncesvalles Village are so lucky to have Aris Place in our midst. This restaurant serves a wide variety of breakfast items (nicely done), as well as fresh and really tasty sandwiches and plates, with a range of coffees, milkshakes, cold beer and wine available. Spotlessly clean, genuinely friendly, Aris is a reasonably priced, reliably well run restaurant. The kitchen is located in the front window. The crew really know their jobs. Cash or debit only. Closes in mid afternoon....

The ambient is great for an old fashion diner. I would like to see better food at this price point or lower price for the same quality. It is ok diner food, fast, (probably) prepackaged homestyle comfort. But I cannot justify the price if a simple breakfast plate plus diner quality coffee is $20-25. This is the almost the same price point as the other sophisticated brunch restaurants in the area.
