Tipping here leada to worse service. They packed our sandwiches even if we told them we are going to eat here. Then when my wife asked to put on plates, they showed their bad faces. You bring your own food, and you go to the counter to order, why are you still asked to tip? Please stop tipping here until they come down back to earth.

I usually enjoy their croissant sandwiches, they're normally really good. But this morning, I got three of them, and they were all served cold. The ingredients inside felt like they had just come out of the fridge, and the taste was noticeably off. I'm not sure if they changed the worker or what happened, but it was definitely disappointing

Ordered online and got my pick up with ten minutes and I got a room temperature coffee....It is too cramped and busy most times when I go, so I ordered online.Just gonna have instant coffee at work at this point

It seems as though, staff feel very comfortable being rude to customers. Disregarding customers as they approach the register to order. I had to request a staffer come to the register. Then she threw the pastry I ordered on the table in front of me. Not to mention the dirtiness of the store. This location isnt worth going to. There are much better coffee options in the area.

Honestly done with this place, I’d say 8 out of 10 times I go here, the coffee I get is cold and not freshly brewed. And they never have the dark roast brewed either. Today was my last day as an aroma customer.

Yum yum yum!!!I’ve been coming to this location for years, and it not once disappointed my expectations. If anything, it keeps on getting better and better. I just had the Halloumi sandwich, and it hit the spot! It was so good ?I highly recommend it.I also love the hot drinks, especially the matcha latte ?The owner Maxine is wonderful and she always wears a smile and a good attitude!
