Excellent, warm and welcoming service from a woman who I think may have been the owner today.
Will return

coffee is good, someone who works there, a woman with brassy blond highlights, greasy hair and glasses, literally looked away as i walked in and waited to order. seemed to avoid serving me.
Not worth the money what is this?
It used to be good but now the food size is ridiculously small and not good at all. The drinks are still “good”.

Oatmeal was delicious but a little skimpy. Way too much milk.

Good coffee place in Toronto. Edit: Avoid this place in the mornings – it’s often understaffed, and there’s a recurring issue with students monopolizing tables meant for larger groups, without purchasing, leaving customers with nowhere to sit. Unfortunately, the staff seems to allow this.

This is a really bad location. Cappuccino came out lukewarm, was basically a cup of milk with no coffee in it. Patio is unkept, filthy. It's not baristas making the coffee.... they have no idea what they are doing. Train the staff a bit, be present @owner. I am surprised you are still in business.
It's greed without any pride or care trying to make a quick buck without providing any good service. Will never go back. Pick another coffee shop.
$16 for 2 drinks you must do a good job. Just wow, I was ripped off.

Cleaning is a big concern. Staff don’t like giving a clean place to customers and upon asking, they reply “they are doing a favour by cleaning”. Orders take such a long time that we can go and eat at a fine dining restaurant.
I normally love going to Aroma, but this one has really slow service and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency when it's busy. I came here on a Saturday around lunch time, I ordered a drink, snack, and a croissant sandwich, and I waited 25 minutes to get my order. There were a few people who ordered after me who got their orders ahead of me. When I asked the server why my order was taking so long, she said that they were going in order. That was clearly not the case, and I think they need to rethink their system.
No photos needed, if you've been here, you know what this place looks like.

This cafe is located at the intersection right in front of the CN Tower.
There are dozens of dessert bakeries.
Ah, ah, it's a bit bland, but I like the taste.
It is a blend without acidity.
The takeout cup is pretty.
The flower bed on the front terrace is pretty.

The nicest people work here and the food/drinks are always good, especially their croissant sandwiches, lentil soups, and grilled chicken bowls

I visited Aroma Espresso bar for so many years. Used to be one location on Bloor St. W. I think I’ve tried everything when Aroma was at Eaton Centre in foodcourt 🥪🥗🥣☕️🍪 I like a lot this place after renovation, great choice of colors.
