I ordered a sandwich with two drinks and a piece of carrot cake. My friend and I sat down and were able to find a seat. Which was great as it was at lunch time. The food was great. However I could not finish. I am disabled and with all the people I was not looking forward to going up to the counter for a box and bag for my leftovers. An Aroma employee passed me by and I asked her to help me. She immediately smiled and said it would be her pleasure. Her name was Clara. She was so helpful and caring. She goes the distance and has nothing but the customer at heart. Definitely will return for great food and hopefully see Clara again. She is the type of employee that you want on your team.

Hazelnut coffee was the best that’s for sure. The breakfast was 8/10 for me though, honest review. Good customer service. And the ambiance was perfect!

I had a disappointing experience with the staff on Monday morning. I ordered an iced hazelnut latte and specifically asked for it to be less sweet. However, the barista added the usual four scoops of hazelnut powder without adjusting for my request. The powder wasn't stirred properly either, so most of it settled at the bottom. This actually happened a few days ago as well, so this time I politely asked if it could be dissolved properly. Unfortunately, he took the drink without saying a word, gave it a quick stir, and handed it back to me without any acknowledgment. I come here quite often and usually enjoy the coffee and service, but this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I hope this can be addressed so future visits are more in line with the usual standard.
Exceptional service and super coffee. They use Cimballi Italian coffee machines so the coffee has the same taste as in Italy. Service is excellent and espresso is served with a small Aroma chocolate. Nice touch.
