Aroma coffee really is great. It's not super cheap, but I feel that they make it with love. It's more genuine than your local Starbucks, or maybe I'm just sick of the corporate machine. Never had a bad experience here, and you get a free chocolate with a latte!

Purchased 2 coffee drinks, one was a iced Americano medium size which for them is 2 shots, I requested a 3rd shot as i like stronger coffee. I dont know if they added the 3rd shot as it does not have much flavor. The latte I ordered for family member was similar. The coffee is standard with minimal flavor.

I normally love going to Aroma, but this one has really slow service and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency when it's busy. I came here on a Saturday around lunch time, I ordered a drink, snack, and a croissant sandwich, and I waited 25 minutes to get my order. There were a few people who ordered after me who got their orders ahead of me. When I asked the server why my order was taking so long, she said that they were going in order.
