It’s a sweet spot charming little cafe located in the downtown area. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, comfortable seating. The menu features a variety of breakfast and brunch options, as well as a great selection of coffee and tea. The service is friendly. The prices are affordable, making it a great spot for a casual breakfast or brunch. The food is tasty and well-prepared, with generous portions and a focus on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The coffee is also excellent, with a range of options from classic drip coffee to specialty espresso drinks. I especially like the patio on a nice summer day.
Be weary of not getting what you pay for. Items are not included in your order when you're handed your food - be careful here.
Bread wasn't toasted, No home fries, and only one strip of Turkey bacon and 2 eggs and two cups of cold coffee, I dont believe if they have the refill policy... it cost me 30 dollars for so little...
this coffee shop chain is quite a find. They have very delicious food and beverages, clean and modern facilities, and a kind and attentive staff. they have a very practical self serve ordering system, which actually allows you to have all the information regarding the available meals and every possible change/addition that you can do to each one of the alternatives.. my son is allergic and it is usual for us to have to do minor changes in the contents of some dishes, and this mechanism works like a charm for those purposes I highly recommend this chain overall as the food is very good, quite varied, and reasonably priced.
My food was cold and expensive for eggs in some kind of red sauce. Wont buy here again. Very busy place.
Waiting over 15 min for an order and no sense of urgency from staff at all. Ask them for updates, they ask kitchen, then turn around and walk away without even answering. Finally got them to answer and they hadn't even started making it after 15 min despite assuring me only 2 min away numerous times.
Great cafe in a great location. Staff is super nice and friendly. Prompt service. Food and beverages were excellent. It was a tad on the higher end for pricing, but considering the area we were in, I'm not surprised at the cost. Cafe was very clean and tidy and well laid out. We were on the way to the airport and stopped for breakfast, so I'm not sure I would necessarily go out of my way to go back. But if ever in the area again, I would definitely go back. We had breakfast and it was delicious. If I went back, I would attempt going at a different time of the day to try a different menu. Overall, a great experience.
This is a great cafe and had room for our medium sized group to meet up for coffee. They have good pastries and large sized coffee products. It seems more personal than Starbucks or Second Cup. It is much less of a factory.
At first l was exited finding a nice place to have a coffee and walking distance from where l live.Looks nice inside ,that's about it.Service sluggish which l don't care about much. It's the rest; the atmosphere!Music weird ( like a kid hitting xylophone)Odd tunes und uber loud =LOUD !Wow ; l drunk the latte real fast and ran out.I am done with clubbing wibe.
I have always liked going into an Aroma coffee shop. This location is particularly bright and airy. The staff are prompt and friendly. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. What's not to like?

Lovely place, cannot wait to see how they would decorate it for Christmas. The coffee is good. This place is busy but gives a friendly “back to Europe” vibe; you can barely feel it in Toronto. It would be hard to work at this coffee shop, but it is perfect for stopping by to relax and see people around you enjoying life.
Loud and echoey. Had to leave because my elderly companion could not hear each other. Otherwise food is great.
My wife is throwing up violently!! She asked if the pumpkin soup contained sesame as she is allergic. The cashier, asked the kitchen (I have both their names) and she was told it is ok to eat. She felt sick minutes later and asked for the ingredients list as she thought they were wrong. IT CLEARLY SAYS SESAME ON THE ALLERGY INFORMATION ON THE SHEET! Obviously they never checked!!! There were three witnesses to this who were with my wife at the time. BEWARE!!! Called the owner who said sorry, but didn't ask for any information to follow up with us at all.UPDATE-left message for Aroma Canada Head Office two weeks ago-NOBODY even called back!!!
Very good place with sitting outside and inside clean place and Friendly staff I get here usually an espresso sometime breakfast never disappointed , thank you to great service ?
This is my favourite spot now. Way better food options than the other cafes in the area. Pastries are way better and the salads are delicious. The almond croissant is my favourite OMG ?????????
