Overpriced for the portion of food we got.

They didn’t pack all of my order from skip and instead have given me a paper bag for my food. And the manager seemed so unhelpful.
I love ordering from Aroma and their food but this is far by their worst and other locations are better.
It you are in downtown and are ordering online, it’s better to get it from the Bay Street locations.

Good coffee and baked goods. Had really unpleasant server - why would management higher someone like this? Clearer should have a different job.

Giving it a one star because 0 was not an option. From the staff's poor attitude to the food, this was the worst experience I've had at an Aroma location. The soup was watered down. I ordered 2 of the exact same sandwiches and they were put together sloppily (one slice of bread was upside down on each of the sandwiches), one was toasted and the other wasn't, turkey bacon was charred when I specifically asked for it to be lightly cooked and not crispy. One of the sandwiches even tasted like chemicals. Not worth the $$$ at all. Prepare to be disappointed.

$20 for sandwich and coffee. Turkey club was amazing high quality ingredient! But was way over priced!

Convenient and quick, a little pricey compared to Tims but overall good. Lots of seating area with charging ports, fresh options, and good coffee.

Cashier was extremely pleasant but one of the girls making the drinks was very rude. Lacks manners and has poor customer service, slams drink cups on to the counter.

Feels like in Israel
The staff here are the best!

Food is good but their actual hours don’t reflect what’s posted online. I went by on a Sunday at 2:15 and they were already closed - posted hours reflect 3pm closing. I’ve gone during the week at 7pm and experienced the same thing. They tend to close on the whim when they feel like it vs following actual hours. They’ll also refuse to serve you significantly before closing time. Food tastes really great just need a tighter management team.
Incorrect work hours indicated on Google - coffee shop closed at 5pm
the carrot loaf was stale. overpriced
friendly service with good coffee
I had the best possible experience here. Just went for a brewed coffee but i got talked into having a cheese danish that was absolutely delicious. Pelonomi, the barista, was funny, kind, and sweet. Honestly, the coffee and the danish were good but this review is definitely for the excellent service I received. If you need a pick me up while you’re waiting in the hospital I can only hope that you get Pelonomi as your barista as well.
