Terrible overpriced food, less than average service, great location. If you dont feel like paying 20 dollars for two eggs and stale bread, stay away from here.

Love, love, love this place! You can drop in any time of day and always find something fresh and delicious. It’s modern, cozy, and has the perfect chill vibe. Easily one of the best spots in the neighborhood, never disappoints!

After almost finishing my drink, I saw HAIR inside it. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. I would like to get a refund.
P.S. I could not be my hair because I received the drink with the closed lid.

My experience began with waiting for ONE iced matcha for over 15 minutes. After getting my drink i left the store and realized there was something brown at the bottom drink

Not safe for allergies. I’ve had aroma many times but today I came to this location and asked for two cookies that I know do not contain nuts. I informed the lady at the cash that I have a nut allergy and she pulled the cookies from a jar using the same tongs she just pulled an almond biscotti with. May contain is a normal issue but purposely ignoring the alleged like this is a huge hazard. Luckily another staff member pulled new cookies using a clean utensil once I asked.

I’m sorry but can someone please tell me how a sandwich, salad and a sparkling water costs $30.34 ?!? Seriously. This is Ontario, not Denmark for Christ’s sakes ?And my chicken and avocado sandwich didn’t even have real avo! ?? Appauling.

Sorry, won’t be back here for lunch. Would rather plop myself down at a nice sit-down restaurant and order a proper entrèe for that price.

Byeee✌?

I finally had an opportunity to use the Aroma gift card I had received when we decided to go to the AGO. This location, north of Toronto General Hospital, is a bit of a walk, but it was a lovely day and we were up for it. The decor is quite lovely with comfortable bench seats on both sides, padded chairs at the centre tables and ample bistro chairs for those who want the street view. Also worth noting are their sturdy, metal, clawfoot tables that presumably won’t become annoying “wobbly tables” that most commercial use, cafe tables eventually become over time. No question that the prices reflect the ambiance and location but nonetheless, a very nice prelude to our AGO trip.

Disappointed to open my takeout soup when I arrived at my destination to find the container is only half full. At $8 and change after tax this is really disappointing. When I saw the bowl size sample at the cash I thought, ok that’s fine for this price; seems like a lot, but I opened it and it’s not even 3/4 full. The lentil soup itself was tasty but at this price point and underfilling I won’t return.

EDIT thank you for reaching out to make this right. My replacement soup was made right and filled adequately.

Perfect lunch during the work week. Healthy and filling. A bit more pricey but good quality.

I don’t have any issues with the quality of any of my orders, however the prices are skyrocketed, especially the sandwiches and whatnot. Lord forbid you order a full size sandwich (which is literally just regular sized bread) instead of half, you’ll go bankrupt. I’m not sure how they optimize their prices, but I know aroma caters more to higher paying customers, but it’s really not worth it. I just couldn’t handle the prices so I will not go anymore. Your sandwiches are simply not worth that much. I can go to somewhere like State & Main, order a 16 dollar sandwich that comes with a side, with full table service. Your pricing just does not add up!
