I’ve been coming here for a long time and just realized I never left a single review ))))
I am especially fond of this Aroma branch on Wellington Street. The atmosphere here is warm, calm, and welcoming. I truly appreciate every member of the team—from the manager to the staff at the coffee bar and in the kitchen. Everyone is genuinely kind and friendly, with an impressive memory for regular customers.
As a returning customer, I come here almost every day and order the same beverage. The way Farnaz and Janel (hope spelled correctly :)) passionately create latte art each time truly makes my heart melt. These small but thoughtful details leave a lasting impression.
Thank you, Aroma team, for your excellent service! ☕

The food is good, as expected. But if they make the croissants a little smaller, the food will become invisible.

Great place to sit down when you're downtown and get a nice latte, specifically the hazelnut and pistachio(seasonal) lattes are amazing.
We love taking our students there and practice ordering with their kind and welcoming staff.
Also the chocolate croissants(get it heated up) are amazing!

That particular location has bad customer service from the lack of experience of the young staff

The customer service is nice, however the food is so overpriced. $25 for a soup and sandwich. Soup was good, so I’ll give it that, but wasn’t exceptional enough to justify the price, not any better than a cheap soup at Tim hortons. The sandwich was decent enough but the bread wasn’t toasted so the soft sliced bread will stick to your mouth. For $25 I’d expect better overall quality.

Ordered a salmon sandwich and they gave me a Tuna, i didn’t mind and still ate it but it made my stomach really upset. Customer service isn’t great, pretty efficient but not nice employees.

I always enjoy coming to Aroma for my afternoon coffee. Not only is the quality of everything consistently excellent, but the atmosphere is also warm and welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. The barista even remembers my preferences and always makes the perfect coffee for me. It’s such a nice feeling to be recognized and looked after.

Good quick food. Decent healthy options. Loved the breakfast omelette with the arugula lemon pumpkin seed salad
If you are looking for a place to talk with friends in downtown after being in the Dogs' Fountain, here is your place. Beautiful summer patio, or inside with AA. Good coffee, good sandwiches or my start: Alfajor con dulce de leche!!!
