I grab a take-out drink from this location quite often and have always received fast, accurate service. No friendly chatter. Just orders done right, so far. Self-serve area (with milk and sugars) needs more regular attention/cleaning/replenishing, but overall no complaints. Aroma offers complimentary ice water and a wee chocolate with each coffee order.Wheelchair accessibility: Door features access buttons to enter and exit. Milk counter is a bit high to be considered accessible, I think.

The owner and the manager were so disrespectful and rude to us. The owner is waiting on the side of the cash waiting for people to finish their drink and so he could tell them to leave so other people sit!!However, me and friends were sitting down and getting some work done(6 people), we have ordered drinks and food. He told us to leave because it has been an hour and the store is getting busy so other people can sit. We were in shock when he told us that!! I'm very concerned if the store manager and the owner have a management certification!!!Never coming back to this store unless the manager and the owner are replaced with better ones!

This is the second issue two weeks in a row with this location and Ubereats delivery. First time ordering we cancelled order after waiting for a Tuna sandwich and BLT for over 2 hours. Decided to give the location another chance and ordered Latte, Cafe Mocha 3 croissants, Turkey club sandwich, tart. Order arrived 1:45 minutes later was missing Cafe Mocha, Latte and Turkey club sandwich. Pointed this out to the Uber driver and their response was not my issue it is what they gave me. Try contacting the store at the phone number on receipt and the recorded message was your call has been forwarded to voice service not initialized by rogers customer. How can a business not have an actual contact phone number. Very disappointed with Uber delivery driver response and this restaurant location in general.

Came here first thing on a Saturday morning for a quick but satisfying breakfast before grocery shopping, and was not disappointed! Despite the time and day, I was still able to get a table, and actually enjoy my order at a relaxing pace without feeling rushed! I highly recommend their breakfast sandwich on whole wheat for a filling meal that should last you until the afternoon!

I felt compelled to leave this poor review which is quite similar to other reviews regarding the owner. The owner was rude and was talking trash to his employee about my group that we were staying in the cafe for too long of a duration. His tone and language was very condescending. He was apparent enough for us to to overhear him. We had all purchased products from the cafe. There is no sign or instruction that indicates a seating time limit. We promptly left after hearing this because we did not feel welcome.Lesson for the owner: If you don't want customers in your cafe next time please just ask them to leave instead of talking trash about them behind the counter.

They srsly lack proper customer service. I have been to their at least 3 locations in Toronto and the customer service has always been horrible. The worst one was at Fairview mall. They are extremely overpriced and the quality of food is mediocre at best yet their customer service is so poor.

This place used to be a pleasure to order from but now it's just bad... my last 2 visits the food quality has been terrible. I only order a few things from aroma because there are only a few things I like. This was my 1st one and main one I would go to but the quality has completely down graded.I ordered my usual 3 croissants and I added an apple turn-over. EVERYTHING was stale. The croissants were flat and hard and the turnover had nuts in it. I may not be allergic to nuts but there should be a question when ordering as to whether or not I'm allergic or to let me know that there are nuts in it. I ate the turnover and it had zero flakiness or puff to it. The apples tasted okay but you can tell that they weren't peeled well since I sould always have a hard pice of apple skin or core in my mouth. I don't think that I will be ordering from this location again.

Food tasted good, but service was slow. My soup wasn't hot anymore by the time I sat down to have some after receiving it from the counter when it was ready for pickup. Same with my coffee. But my sandwiches tasted delicious and my kids enjoyed it as well.

I've visited this location way too many times out of convenience for the amount of visits I have left disappointed. Skip the dishes orders always come before the customers standing in the small space for their order. I usually just order a soup. Everytime I order the soup the container is sometimes only 3/4 full or just above half. Very inconsistent. The amount of time it takes to pour a simple bowl of soup is outrageous. I've stood there waiting as long as 20 mins. Many times the bread is forgotten and I have to turn around and go back. I learned to check the bag before I leave and once again today the bread was forgotten. Staff is usually looking miserable and as though they can't keep up. I usually try to refrain from giving bad reviews and give a place the chance to do better be it staff shortages etc. It hasn't changed or become better. I will never return to this location nor will I recommend. Very poor service.

Disgusting service. There was one table open but it had a stack of plates and a tray on it. My mom asked the server to clear the table for us she said “we’re busy, there’s a spray bottle right there”. Expected us to do her job.. we had no problem waiting but you can’t tell customers to clock in and work for you. This happened 2 weeks ago on Saturday.

We came here on a holiday Monday for a family brunch. It was decently busy even though we were there really early. There's seating inside and outside. There's also lots of benches that aren't specific to any restaurant that you can use.Food: We got the smoked salmon the croissant. I'd say it was an okay about of smoked salmon in a croissant some lettuce, tomato and onions. It was okay sized and the croissant was okay but cold. The pumpkin cauliflower soup was a nice purée with a lemony zest. Rich and delicious.The grilled chicken and avocado sandwich was pretty decent sized though I felt the chicken was pre processed and quite dry. They overcompensate by slathering Mayo inside and some avocado. We asked for whole wheat bread but they gave us white - oh well.The tuna salad sandwich was a better option and was much tastier. Kale salad that came with it was not bad but nothing spectacular.Price: We found it to be quite expensive for what you get. It's decent but there are probably less expensive options that provide the same or better quality/quantity of food.

It's a coffee shop that opens at 9:00AM??? What's up with that? Product quality is average. Patio is fantastic. Most customers have a high douche factor.
