The Brazilian hazelnut latte is life, either the cold or hot, both are so flavourful and perfect. Menu is also great, I’ve never had anything bad here. However I don’t love the fluorescent LED lights tho, they should’ve went with the warm pot lights for a cozier vibe. The chai latte is also great, but super filling 🍵❤️✨.

I always have a great experience at Aroma (Bayview)! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive—they know my order by heart, and my coffee is ready as soon as I pay. The service is fast and efficient, making it the perfect spot for my daily coffee fix. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this branch of Aroma Espresso Bar and had a mixed experience. I ordered a latte with dried almond, but unfortunately, the almond tasted quite stale, which really took away from the drink. On the positive side, the pumpkin cauliflower soup was delightful – rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. The grilled portobello croissant sandwich was okay, but it didn’t stand out.
The original breakfast was good and was indeed better than normal because they were out if bread so they gave us Croissants instead. The house fries were nice and tasty.
Overall, the food and drink quality felt inconsistent. The service was decent, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but the flavors didn’t quite meet expectations across the board. I’d rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars. There’s potential here, but a bit more attention to ingredient quality would go a long way.
Parking: Lots of parking on different sides of the mall.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options.

This place became very unclean over the time. The employees there are very unpleasant and they don’t show any interest to anything.
The way they dress up and act is very poor for a food place. It’s in a prestigious neighborhood but unfortunately it became nasty over the time.
I hope the owner can make changes and put it back to normal.
Nothing worse than a dirty food place.

On Sunday they will close at 5 PM on the dot. Lights off. Polite loud reminders. We got our coffee at 4:40 PM and there was no reminder.

I've visited many Aroma locations across the city, and they never fail to impress. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious.
The Bayview Village spot is a bit cozier than others, but it still has that polished, upscale vibe. I tried the turkey BLT and paired it with a small Caesar salad, which came with the dressing conveniently on the side (love that!). Both were prepared quickly and tasted amazing—super fresh and packed with flavour.
If you're in the mood for something light, casual, and on the healthier side, this is the perfect place to grab a bite. Definitely worth a visit.

Food from Aroma is always reliable. Lentil soup was great, as were the sandwiches and salads! Service from staff is alright - if you bring in a reusable cup with another brand’s logo into the store, they’ll tell you to put it away.
This location’s washrooms were pretty dirty. But good traffic is pretty high, especially during lunch hour even on a weekday. It’s a big location with plenty of seating.
Wifi is timed, so it would kick us off once in a while. Better off to use the Bayview Village Guest wifi, which is pretty speedy. Closest entrance is near the Scotiabank.

Worst customer service, the bakery is as hard as rock. When i brought it to the attention of the manager, she shrugged it off, saying “we don’t make them here; it is what it is.”

Your music is very hi, I go to aroma with a friends to socialize or sink in to my phone browsing the internet but have hard time to hear my phone or my friends due to your loud music in the environment; my stay at your cafe becomes an effort.
