First time ordering from Aroma - the grilled chicken caesar salad. For the cost of $18.60 I was very disappointed in the portion of my order. Can't believe how small the portion was. I was in a hurry to get back to work but if I had looked in my bag - I would of returned it!. The chicken tasted like it was boiled and not grilled! Sorry - but never again - and I know everything is expensive - but please - it was like a child's meal!

3.5 Stars - My first visit to the Y&E Aroma (or any Aroma for that matter). I ordered the fig & goat cheese croissant with home fries. The croissant was lovely, albeit a bit sweet and sticky (too much fig spread and not enough goat cheese -- or napkins). The biggest disappointment was the home fries: microwaved perhaps which gave them a rubbery consistency. Oh, and since I needed to wash my hands, I was standing in front of a locked bathroom door for a number of minutes before a staff member said I needed a key -- it would have been nice to know that: perhaps a sign on the door -- or better yet, since the key is so accessible without anyone managing it, just don't lock it.

Another amazing visit to Aroma at Young and Eglinton! If there was 6 stars- they would get it. Yummy, beautiful, healthy and everyone is friendly and cheerful. Loved everything about it- food, people, staff, location and atmosphere. INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend you visit this location.
Exceptional Pistachios Carrot cake 10/10 rich flavor high quality ingredients with lots of pistachios 👍I also ordered Egg, Turkey and cheese croissant for Breakfast and Large Americano. Honestly food is Amazing 9/10 but coffe is tasteless 4/10. Friendly Customer service and large organized seating area.
Incredibly mid! I got the power breakfast plate with fries and the fries were completely cold! Not left on the side cold, fridge cold! When I told one of the staff he hesitantly took the plate to heat them up. Even after being heated up they were mildly warm at best and tasted really bad! The guac also had a piece of avocado skin in it. Go literally anywhere else.

I love coming to this aroma most mornings after I drop off my kids to school! All the baristas are super pleasant and helpful. The reason why I only gave three star is because there was one incident where I was sitting close to another customer and I’m not sure if it was the owner but an older lady with glasses and shoulder length brown hair bob almost came over to the sitting area and pulled out one of their customers’ electrical plugs out of the outlet and said “this is not allowed” very rudely. I wasn’t really sure what was happening because I had prior used that outlet before and have seen many people use the outlets at this aroma, which is why I have used it in The past. I have visited a few locations and the outlets are always readily available and for use for the customers I was very shocked how the lady behaved and I chatted with the other customer afterwards and she was also taking a back by how her property was touched and the way she was spoken to she was very upset. I’m sure there was a way to let them know that the outlets aren’t used in a nicer way. I will still be coming to as long as that lady is not there because the barista and the other staff don’t show that the outlets were ever an issue.
Same as others, I was asked to leave by the owner (she’s siting on patio to check) while eating ice cream on patio. I told her I was waiting my friend then order something together and she asked me to leave immediately. Eventually, she called the security to escort me out. Because of this incident, I never visit this place. She had no respect for people. I will not support this business.

I purchased medium coffee, and was served by a young Filipino woman that laughed at my mouth when I placed my order. The woman immediately implicated that she was looking to strike a date, and she wrongly perceived myself as being an Italian immigrant that is well known for being an easy target. I haven't reacted to the woman's provocation and pretended that I didn't understand the message. Then, the woman delivered my coffee, and I left. Immediately after I came to the street and tried the coffee I realized it was almost cold and totally stale. I went back to ask for a freshly brewed coffee ☕️. At that time I met a tall, young male, potentially immigrant of Korean descent. I briefed the man about the coffee being totally cold... Hold yourselves for a solid ground, in order that you don't fall, when you hear what was the response from that male employee. The man took my paper cup and put that into the microwave, to heat it up. I was barely able to speak with that man in a normal human voice to tell him that I need fresh cup of coffee. He resisted me enough that I almost lost my cool. Only evils will act like this! One needs to be severe bias and racist if attempting to take advantage of the customers at this level. These employees are super bias snd racists. They know who are their regular customers, a local older ladies, but when they see a vulnerable person that I am they make a big bite 🫦.
