This is a Family owned bakery that puts a lot of care to their products! Awesome part of this community and a true institution within the plaza. Cnt go wrong with the quality of their breads and they do not use preservatives for the health concious!

Been coming here and buying bread regularly. Today, I was short changed 5$ for a loaf of bread. Cashier said I gave her a 5$ rather than a $10. I brought it up and she was adamant she received a $5 instead of my $10. Beware! Anyone coming to this establishment maybe either pay with exact change or pay by debit. There is zero accountability to their customers and they servely lack attention to detail. I have no way of arguing, as it is their word against mine and no way to confirm. Their bread is good, but not worth it to be ripped off.

The chestnut mango cake is done well - delicious and not a lot of cream/not that sweet - everything to make it a perfect Asian cake. I've had a few cakes here and it has never failed.

The alluring aromas airing out of Aromaz alluded to my arrival, an artful auction of anticipation awaiting my amazing appraisals. The unique durian custard bun immediately caught my attention, with its egg yolk pastry-like crust and indulgent filling - smooth. With a distinct eggy aroma and durian sweetness. Although the filling is a touch stingy, any more and the restrained sweetness becomes overpowering. A yeasty staple in my household, pineapple buns bring a buttery, sweet and crumbly topping that’s beautifully baked for a pineapple-like appearance. The bun itself is a pleasure to bite into - airy, fluffy, like a hug in your mouth - that surrounds the BBQ pork filling. A nice balance between tender lean and fatty pieces, melded with a savory char siu paste that’s not overly sweet.

Most expensive hong kong style bread in Toronto, increase the price very frequently. I came this store over 5 year, but now the price really make me disappiont, TOO HIGH.

We purchased 2 sponge cakes last Sunday and both had mold in them. Waste of money.

Pricy for buns but the quality is there to back it up. It also makes very good lai cha (milk tea)

The Mille feuille is so burnt. You can literally see the difference in color from the burnt layer and the unburnt bottom one. It tastes like ash. Why wouldn't you just remake this?

Some items here are still decent, but what I can’t stand is how the store seems to be taking its customers for granted. The pineapple buns are no longer fresh, and the slab of butter inside keeps getting thinner over time. It’s disappointing to see this kind of pettiness from the owners. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this particular location anymore.
