I like their coffee. It is the best one in the hood. But they do not use gloves when preparing food. They touch everything barehand. They handle cash and then put cheese in the sandwich.. I will not eat here again for sure. But for coffee I will come.

A gem coffee shop in downtown Toronto! Very cozy and nice place! The flat white tasted great! I’m not a big fan of burgers but the Brekkie Roll was yummy! The staff were very friendly! Their croissants were sold out so probably I’ll be back soon to try them! Strongly recommended!

My significant other and I had our first date at ARVO Coffee, so it was the perfect place for a surprise proposal. I’m super grateful that they gave me the opportunity to make it happen. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their private event space to anyone looking for a special, intimate venue.

For a place that looks really nice on the inside, I wasn't blown away by the service or by my drink which was mediocre for the price. It was very empty when I went (2 hours before closing) but for some reason, it took them a pretty long time to make 1 Chai Latte... The baristas/servers were just chatting to each other and they weren't clear on where I would pick up my drink at the bar. No greetings or smiles. Instead just saying, "It's there." and gesturing with a pointed finger rudely.

Awesome spot! Great coffee, a solid natural wine selection, and a cozy vibe that’s perfect for working or just hanging out. Definitely recommend!
Food and atmosphere was good. Feel like the trout toast could benefit from a balsamic syrup drizzle, or some fruit glaze like plum or apricot. It was mostly salty/bland.

The female barista had good customer service but the male barista had a very rude demeanour. No greetings nothing. His body language was rude as well. While ordering,we were asked if it was for here or to go and we said for her and Ofcourse we were given our drinks in mugs but we decided to sit outside so we wanted our coffee in paper cups so when he served us and we asked him to switch, my god you should’ve seen his reaction. Nonetheless he even told the female barista and I had to clarify to her as to why we decided to change. Then we were given scone with no fork so I had to go back and ask for one. And for my coffee, wasn’t asked how much sweet I wanted to randomly added 1 spoon and when I asked for more, again his reaction was priceless.
Not everyone is meant to be for a customer service job. Avoid this coffee place
