Searched for fresh roaster and found them far away, purchased the Brazil Cerrado $20 which was 2 weeks prior roasted medium. Would have loved some dark roast, didn't quite enjoy the beans grinded at the shop.

This is a wonderful neighborhood coffee shop that is a real gem. We love the coffee, the vegan granola bar and the dog treats.
Dietary restrictions: Has a wonderful vegan option. It’s great that main ingredients and allergens are clear for all of the food options.
The acidity in the espresso for their African beans was overwhelming. We mentioned it to the barista who acknowledged but said all have various degrees of acidity. We returned one of the espresso almost untouched.

Really enjoyable espresso and pour over. There was a choice of two different varieties of beans each time I’ve visited.
I’ve tried three of their roasts so far and each has been a hit with me.
They also sell their coffee beans to brew at home, which I believe is roasted on site. I’ve been really happy with the bag I bought. it was very fresh, only a few days from roast when I got it.
And walnut chocolate chip cookie was very tasty!

Really bad latte. They don’t offer any flavouring or sweetening other than just plain sugar. In a place that basically does just drinks, drink flavour at minimum, vanilla would be appreciated.
