I have just started with 2 meal plans and am loving the meals! Right now i am doing the 'shredding' line to limit carbs, and will then increase them. Thanks for making delicious and healthy meals for me to enjoy.
I've been with Athlete's Kitchen for the last 4 months and it is by far the best meal plan and delivery service I've tried. I wish I didn't waste time and money on other alternatives but I'm glad I eventually made the switch.
For starters, the meals get delivered in a sturdy and reusable cooler bag which gets swapped on the next delivery. The ice packs are reusable too - great for the environment and very convenient to minimize waste.

I’ve been impressed with the food since starting up with them again. Food can be challenging for me as I can’t eat gluten, dairy and also need to eat mainly low FODMAP.
