Great food and very good customer service. I got the carrot lox bagel, and it was very good! Beyond the deli and bakery, which are amazing, I suggest checking out the food they have for sale in the fridge/freezer. We got pizza pockets and are excited to try them.

Vegetarian options: All vegan! So suitable for all!

Oh my God. If you love McDondalds but want to eat vegan, definitely try this place out. Their big Mac is huge and delicious. Tastes like the real thing. Their breakfast burrito is also really good and a good size too. Support local!!

What a ADORABLE & yummy 100% vegan small cafe / deli!!! We stopped in during our Toronto trip wanting a breakfast! Aunty Ems has soooo many amazing choices. We got the English muffin breakfast sandwiches which came out hot, fresh & delicious! They have an impressive selection of hot sandwiches, deli finds & desserts- all vegan! What I loved most was the funky & fun decor! It was such a vibe to check out all their fun decorations while we sat at the table & had our breakfast! Staff was super kind & welcoming! MUST stop in for amazing vegan food!

just learned what vegas diet is i’m not vegas but my daughter said her classmate called me snazzy when i suggested vegas food for lunch cafe had it all even root beer her classmate said they don’t drink soda anymore in her school alright i hope this edit works i wanted to add that while prices go up and partions shrink everywhere the orders here Re still very good value very grand partions I mean it especially at there other places when my daughters classmate gets the saytan the classmate says it’s not as good at those places

I loved all the sweets plus sandwich selection! I got an iced chai and a Cubano sandwich and a root beer. Then three huge cookies to go! They also had seitan packs to take home as well as frozen goodies. I wish I had been here for breakfast for the sausage sandwich!

Without exaggeration, I am almost in tears every time I get to visit this perfect deli. The food is unbelievable - cooked fresh to order, unique, huge, delicious, and satisfy every craving possible. The owner and staff are beyond dedicated to perfection. The collaborations they do with other small businesses are so well thought out. The interior is so funky and fun. Ugh, I love love love this place.

Absolutely must visit if you enjoy plant based food. Heck even if you normally don’t. Such a great variety of delicious food, and Em is such a great person herself. It’s always cool seeing someone do what they were so clearly meant to be doing, she’s amazing

The adorable deli is awesome from greeting till departure and the food is equally as worthwhile. This may very well be the highlight meal of the week we spent in Toronto, a perfect way to end our amazing trip! We got breakfast, pastries, coffee (soy maple salted caramel cold brew with homemade whipped cream) and met lovely neighborhood people while we waited for our food to be prepared. Em is LOVELY, generous, warm, and kind. We can’t wait to come back! Updated from previous review on 2024-08-07

First time visiting this place. We were in Toronto for a week and only discovered it on the last day unfortunately!

Lots of great options for those seeking Vegan/plant-based items. I can specifically speak to Sausage Party Big Mac Burger, Italian Sub, and Potato Salad, which were all very good. Here is a pic of the burger after a couple bites. Wish there were more places like this.

Fantastic portions on their sandwiches, I had the Italian one, and it was good for its price. Finally, a place that doesn’t cheap out on their vegan meat! The vegan salami and mortadella were delicious, and the iced matcha berry drink was actually pretty tasty and well-made (they add a decent amount of fresh blueberries and blended berries into the drink). We’ll definitely be back, their deli meat is definitely their strong point!
