The food at the time was tasty, well presented etc., but both my husband and I had digestive upset a couple of hours after finishing our meal.
Great Thanksgiving meal with an option for a wine pairing. Wonderful experience and great service!
Afternoon Tea was a delightful way to spend the Sunday at Azure. Everything was made fresh to order and there was a good variety of savoury and sweet options. Friendly staff, especially our charming server Coco. This tea service is relatively new to Azure but I suspect once people catch on it will be quite popular. For downtown Toronto the price point is agreeable. Bon appétit Diners!
Paula is a fantastic server. Started with Caesar Salad,Shrimp Cocktail, Petit Poutine. Entrees were Paccheri Pasta, and Pork Chop.The special Donut for desert. All the food was AMAZING. Some Tito.s and Steam Whistle beers made for a fun evening. Bravo! We came back for lunch. Temikca was also a fantastic server. The smash burgers with small Caesar salads were again AMAZING.We will be back for breakfast. Samantha and Jerome Thank you again
The food was very average sand a little bit of a dissapointment in term of taste and texture. The veal I had was so dry and chewy.
The manager is a very nice lady and she managed tailor to our needs, everything else is 5/5 but the food is questionnable.

William, William , William…the best ambassador of Azure for sure….friendly, welcoming, considerate…always willing to make sure we were happy on all accounts, without us asking him. William will make us come back time and again, year after year. Thank you!🥰

Very slow service. In that big area i can only saw 3 servers. And the hostess was taking orders. Not worth it.

Have been to a few afternoon teas and this one was very good value for the $$. Server Coco was very accommodating and made sure we were happy with the food and teas. Will definitely return

Ate here everyday for breakfast during our stay at the hotel. I know I’m going to forget someone but here goes, Paula, Joshua, Catherina (and others I cannot recall) were amazing to my 7 year old daughter. I hope this message reaches them as they were truly exceptional. I think she will remember them more than any part of our trip. Thanks again

Enjoyed a generous Summerlicious dinner here. Caesar with Schnitzel and dessert. Excellent value and care evident in the quality of food presentation and service.

I visited Azure Restaurant and Bar for Summerlicious lunch, and while the service was absolutely amazing, our server was outstanding. I can’t quite recall her name, which speaks to how smoothly everything was handled. The cauliflower and pear soup was the highlight. It was absolutely delicious and beautifully balanced. However, the entree lacked seasoning and was just okay, and the dessert looked pretty but didn’t stand out. Overall, I probably wouldn’t return based on the food alone, but the top-notch service really made the experience memorable.

Given the high quality of the hotel, and a lovely ambiance with an overhead glass canopy, this was a disappointing dining experience. The pork chop came out cold and tough with a very sad excuse for barbeque sauce on it. At $40 an entrée I expect better quality from a hotel of this calibre The flatbread was very tasty and the shrimp cocktail was good.
I made an effort to speak to the manager of the restaurant the following day. He took my room number and did apologize and said that he will find out about the presentation of the dish. Basic customer service would suggest that they follow up or offer some kind of a voucher. Why else did they take my room number? once again, a puzzling and disappointing customer service experience when you’re at an IHG hotel.
