I end up staying at the InterContinental hotel each year for a conference and most certainly the highlight of each stay is an end of day beverage in the Azure bar. Each year without fail we make sure we visit when Paula is working. She's makes an absolutely top shelf Old Fashioned (or frankly, any cocktail I've asked for, and I'm fussy) and she just makes us smile each time. Definitely recommend for a relaxed and social atmosphere.

Arrived yesterday and went for a cocktail to relax. I met the best, friendliest bartender named William. We don't know the area, and William was very helpful. Every question we asked him about things to do, he had spot on suggestions that is going to make our 3 nights here better. Thanks William ? you are great and a definite asset to the hotel.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant experience this morning! Five of us stayed in the hotel so decided to dine at the restaurant for breakfast before heading home. First of all, when we arrived at the restaurant which had very few patrons at the time, there was no one at the host station for a number of minutes. When the young woman did arrive, we got no apology whatsoever, just shepherded to a table nearby. I ordered Eggs Benedict and after waiting a full 20 or so minutes, it arrived full of shell. It was horrible! Our waitress, Penny, did apologize took it away to have another one prepared. It also took a long time to arrive and when it finally did, everyone else had finished eating so I ate my meal while they all waited for me. At the very least, I expected they wouldn’t charge me for the $27 Eggs Benedict, but they did…. We were all really surprised and pretty ticked off. But as I was with friends who were covering the meal, I felt I couldn’t make a fuss, but I left feeling frustrated and annoyed! We’ll be finding another restaurant for breakfast on our next visit. Unimpressed, to say the least! **EDIT - After posting this review, the manager got in touch with me and I was happy with her proposed resolution to this issue. I feel much better now and will give the restaurant another chance. I have raised my star rating to 3.
?Food was moderate close to good, but nicely designed ?Regarding Atmosphere and interior design , it was disappointing. I expected much more, roof was extremely highly, ?everything was brown in colour and so dark. ?The temperature was extremely cold that we couldn’t sit for long, ?The only positive comment I can give is about staff who are so nice and caring.

The food is just perfect. The soup. The fries ….The fish and steak . I’m there every week and the consistency of the food quality is impressive

05/26-26/2024 - Visited the Azure Restaurant & Bar during my stay at the hotel it is located in. Beautiful restaurant that resembles a chic, modern, livable loft-like greenhouse engulfed by glass as walls and ceilings. It’s is decorated with live plants used as decor throughout the restaurant. They also grow and use eatable plants in their ingredients for their food options for guests/customers to enjoy. Great service (thank you, Christina). Comfortable chic dining. State of the art bar with cool lighting (both artificial and natural). Nearby parking for a fee. Decent prices.
