We ordered three or four types of Montreal-style bagels, but unfortunately, they were quite hard and didnโt taste fresh. The bakery itself seems a bit dated and could benefit from being a little cleaner.

This is not a 4-star place; no way. The place is in bad condition, old and dirty. Staff are uncaring. The food sucks.
Bought a can of coke, it had dirt and grime on the top (a lot of it). I didn't notice until after I paid, so I asked if they could rinse it off under the sink. Guy told me to use a straw, as if the dirt was totally normal (it was not).
Worse yet, I ordered an egg salad sandwich. I don't know what that was, but it was not egg salad. More like dried, ground up, pressed together tasteless egg. No seasoning, no other ingredients, just the egg. And it was deep fridge cold.
Literally the worst egg salad sandwich in my entire life, by a wide margin.
