Had the BBQ chicken, which came with rice and potatoes. Huge portion and delicious food, the seasoning and sauce were so good. The service was nice and the atmosphere was good. Will come back to check out the patio in the warmer months.

We had oven baked veal, golden seabream, grilled calamari, and wine. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Peter was lovely and wholesome. We sat on the patio which has a really nice set up and vibe. We even bought some homemade piri piri sauce to take home!

Food was very bad, hard frozen shrimps sold as tiger shrimps chicken skewers tasted bitter as it was burnt. When the server asked me how was the food I said politely that it was bad and his answer was : "ok!"

When my main arrived, however, it was incorrect. Server did not apologize, but took it back to the kitchen. While I waited for the correct order, two different people came by to check how our meals were - each time I said I was still waiting for my main; each time, they said they would let the kitchen know. Time passed. As my dinner companions were finishing their meals, I asked the restaurant if I could get my main to go (when it was eventually ready).
I do understand that mistakes happen & it's a tough business, so I am usually willing to cut restaurants a lot of slack. Reason for the 3-stars? NOT ONCE did anyone from the restaurant apologize: not either of our servers when we told them what had happened, not either of the two people who came by to check how we were doing, or when we asked for my meal to be packaged up since it was taking too long & why.
An offer of a discount would have been appreciated but ultimately it was utter lack of ANY kind of apology that was the biggest disappointment.
The worst dinner I have in my life, barbecue chicken with leftovers rice and veggies, and the chikcken was so dry ,can be eaten.

This place is incredible. I wish I could get a permanent IV of the sardines and the chicken inserted into my arm. The waiter brought the vibes and the atmosphere was relaxed. I wish i could live here.

We happened upon this restaurant by a recommendation .....omg....what a diamond of a place...
enter through the front door on College Street and wander through to the amazing back patio.....the ambience is unbelievable, you are made to feel so comfortable and at home....our server was Peter who was beyond amazing....if you are looking for a place to go I definitely recommend this place......we are from Ottawa way but will be coming back...totally a 10 out of 10

My husband went and pick up or chicken for lunch and everything is awfull , the rice is hard, the baked potatos look like it boiled potatos , the chicken is taste old and kinda raw . the worst money I have spend .

Where to even start. No greetings. Get calamari it was so chewy and over cooked. Sangria no taste or fruit. Dinner. Ugh! Medium well steaks came over cooked and burnt. Rice dry. Fries soggy and cold. Egg over cooked though asked for over easy. The beef de Casa. Raw potatoes! You should be ashamed to send this food out. Server could tell we weren’t happy. Asked us but we never send food back. Coffee watered down. Sweating and hot as we were in the patio. Over 40 minutes to get a bill. Girl gives us a dirty look says you have to wait. Never will I be back here again. $130 for nothing. Didn’t even eat our food. He took it away and said nothing. I’m so disappointed in this. I expect better. No food quality checks? 6 pm dinner. Give specials. Order the pork. Sold out! Dinner starts at 6 and you’re already sold out lol.
