I used to visit them often, but their quality has declined by a lot. I agree it’s turned to mass-produced quality.
They still do offer unique varieties.

Went in to get 2 slices of cake to go and thinking it would be fine, we came home to find out they gave us the slice that costs lesser than what we paid for. This is not the first time it has happened. I shouldn't have to check what's inside the box beige I leave. What a rip off.

I used to LOVE coming here for the cheese tarts, bought two today as a treat and they seem to have changed the recipe and are mass producing them, they were not good anymore. I’m super disappointed
Staff was friendly,ambience was nice and quiet. The tiramisu was great together with the oat milk bubble tea.

I bought a Swiss roll this morning, and it tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a while — definitely leftover from the night before. It was completely inedible. The strawberries were dry and not fresh at all. This is not how you should run a business. Extremely disappointed.
