AMAZING Croissant. Tried the butter croissant, flaky and crunchy , loved it.
Had their Matcha cookie which I wasn't impressed by at all. If the taste of an over cooked eggs, in baked goods, throw you off then do not get the cookie.

Pre ordered their moon cake online, and they couldn’t find my order and proceeded to keep asking the same information despite me showing my receipt numerous time.
Uber cool spot for croissants and pastries. They make the best tasting baked goodies in the GTA.

Bake Code is a great spot if you’re into pastries. Their croissants, cakes, and other baked goods are really well made and taste fresh. Prices are on the higher side, but not unreasonable for the quality.
The staff here are very kind and helpful — I appreciated that their recommendations weren’t just pushing the most expensive items, but actually what they thought I’d enjoy. They also offer “mystery boxes” with 5 random pastries. It’s a fun idea, though it’s clear those pastries are from the previous day or a bit older. Still, it’s a decent value if you don’t mind that.
Overall, a nice bakery with great quality pastries, friendly service, and some creative options like the mystery box.

I had a really great experience here. The croissants are delicious, and reasonably priced. The bubble tea is also amazing – smooth and not overly sweet. What impressed me the most was the customer service: the staff are super friendly, especially Janice – she’s incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and attentive.
Definitely coming back again!

Every item I've tried here has been fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready with a recommendation. Whether you're stopping in for a quick treat or ordering for a special occasion, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!
WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I ordered a hot matcha latte and they served the worst possible matcha. First it was served to me cold and then i had to ask again to warm it up. I also purchased their lotus biscoff croissant and that had a piece of gum of top of it. And they tried to cover it up but saying it was cream and not gum. Never visiting this place again.

🇨🇦 Bake Code Toronto – Mystery Box Adventure 🎁
Tried their “TGTG-style” surprise box — kind of a gamble. Price-wise, the 6-pack ($30) isn’t much more than the 5-item mystery bag, so not sure why they package it like that 🤷♀️
🌰 Black Sesame Croissant – The best of the bunch! Fragrant and nutty — the kind of flavor that makes you feel like it’s good for your hair 😂 Wish they still had it in stock when I went again.
🥛 Soy Milk Croissant – Meh. The soy milk + mochi filling sounded interesting but tasted pretty bland.
🥚 Salted Egg Yolk Croissant – Better when warm! I had it cold and it was okay, but definitely improves with reheating.
🥐 Matcha Tree-Ring Croissant – Not too sweet, which I liked. Topped with matcha cream and another yellow sauce — a nice balance.
🍬 Other options (like the sweet tree-ring ones) felt a bit too sugary for me. Most items were pretty average overall.

I recently visited Code Bake and was disappointed with my experience. I tried the viral pistachio croissant, which was overcooked, and the cream lacked any pistachio flavor—definitely not worth the price.
Additionally, my daughter wanted a piece of moon cake, but the staff wouldn’t sell just one piece; they insisted on selling in pairs or by six. I’ve never encountered such a policy before. I ended up paying $22 for two pieces of cake that my kids didn’t enjoy, and the whole staff noticed our disappointment, especially since I spent a total of $60.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, and the staff wasn’t welcoming at all. I wouldn't recommend Code Bake

Don’t know why every time i order from them, they cancel my order in Uber and Doordash. It’s been three times now. They never mentioned the reason either. Quite disappointed.
