I was in the area for an auction and hungry. I popped in here and my brain melted at first bite of the salted caramel. The prices are perfect. I think $4 for a scone this good is a decent price. And the staff are wonderful. I really felt like they cared if I was buying food I loved.

The scones are DELIGHTFUL. Best in the city for sure! The service is not the best. I called a few times to try to place a bulk order for a work event, and they never answered their phone (I always called during business hours), they also never called me back or returned my messages.

On a sizzling SALSA fest day, Baker and Scone was an unusual but turned out pleasant pitstop. Tried the Salted caramel and Blue berry and both were great! Sandra the owner was a pleasant host welcoming people in those who were either looking for scones or even the restroom to avoid crowded streets - all warmly welcomed. Walk in and be welcomed by Sandra who beyond being a great host is also lovely to chat with (not just about scones). Step in and enjoy!

I…love scones and this place IS the best in town… Its insane how the outside can be so crunch and buttery while the inside is so soft! Please try eating it there, they warm it up and serve it with perfect room temperature salted butter and it takes it to a whole new level. Highly highly recommended!!!!!
Best scones I have ever had! Ordered catering for a small party I was hosting and they were a huge hit. Got an assortment of sweet and savory and they were all excellent! The spread that came as part of the catering platter which included fruit, jams, etc. was also very well done. Would certainly recommend

The scones were good but reminded me of the red lobster biscuits. I wouldn't call them the best in Toronto like I've seen titled.
The Cheddar/dill was nice. The service was friendly and it's a cute space to chill in. The coffee was not that great, and their cortado was more like a cappuccino. The salted Carmel scone was okay, a bit too sweet though.
Best scones in town hands down. Great service and nice and cozy coffee shop

the best cafe and scone shop there is! one of my first places i would frequent when i moved to toronto and still my place i try to go to as much as i can. everyone is so kind and their scones are to DIE for !! absolutely try the salted caramel, cheddar and chive and the white chocolate raspberry!
