After being a loyal customer for more than two years and suffering the horrible behaviour multiple times which included not picking up the phone, hanging up without answering after making to wait, sending one scone less for half-dozen order etc. etc. I have finally decided to move on. I only kept going back coz my family loves the scones. But the owner is not deserving of customers who really appreciate her products. Last year, I even gifted these scones to 6 of my colleagues. Regretting it big time.

Excellent scones, if you can get the ones you want. Problem is, they never answer the phone (to check if they have what I want before making my 6 km journey), and they don't even pick up messages. Don't know what kind of business has such little regard for the convenience of its customers but expects to stay in business.

I was in the area for an auction and hungry. I popped in here and my brain melted at first bite of the salted caramel. The prices are perfect. I think $4 for a scone this good is a decent price. And the staff are wonderful. I really felt like they cared if I was buying food I loved.

On a sizzling SALSA fest day, Baker and Scone was an unusual but turned out pleasant pitstop. Tried the Salted caramel and Blue berry and both were great! Sandra the owner was a pleasant host welcoming people in those who were either looking for scones or even the restroom to avoid crowded streets - all warmly welcomed. Walk in and be welcomed by Sandra who beyond being a great host is also lovely to chat with (not just about scones). Step in and enjoy!

I…love scones and this place IS the best in town… Its insane how the outside can be so crunch and buttery while the inside is so soft! Please try eating it there, they warm it up and serve it with perfect room temperature salted butter and it takes it to a whole new level. Highly highly recommended!!!!!
