The coffee is tasteless and watery. Iced coffee is a little better but the mocha I ordered is worse than any espresso plus milk I make at home everyday. Worst experience was that I was using the washroom as a customer once, a male staff broke in with keys and I believe he saw me without pants💀💀weird family business, never go again

The service at this location was extremely slow. As I stood in front of the counter to take my order, the worker walks in front of me and asks to wait a moment which is perfectly reasonable, however, the worker just stepped outside, and began fiddling with random things in the store. When I asked to use the bathroom first, they said that they will ring me up first because the bathroom access is behind the counter. So I ended up waiting. The Nanaimo bar I bought has icing in it... and was too sweet. Did not taste close to a Nanaimo bar or very good...

Coffee Latte was wonderful! Service was good. Sandwich was very not good: I asked multigrain bagel or everything bagel but I got whole wheat bagel(I do not like), eggs were very plain not enough seasoning. Very plain not tasty sandwich. Very disappointed. I was so hungry and got such unpleasant food....

Rude cashier for no reason (Wednesday, Nov. 5th at 1 PM). She made a mistake with my tea twice but she got mad a me because I asked for the right size (I paid for medium, she game me a small). She started to say stuff, making me feel bad intentionally, and definitely not coming back never again because of her.

I think i just had the best sandwich ive ever had.
I ordered a chai latte and a chicken pesto sandwich, and sat down in the corner to the left of the door. The noise level isnt too high, music is quiet, i have a nice corner to sit in, the chairs are wide enough to be comfortable, lots of sunlight.
The chai is SUPER ginger-y and sweet, which I love. The sandwich, however, was definitely the highlight. Tastes even better than it looks!! At a fair price, too. I'll definitely be returning here.
