What can I say about Billy Bishop’s Balzac? Sure, it’s name is probably the best thing about it - but that is a pretty high bar. Don’t really understand why it’s rated so low. Not loads of veggie options, but the salad and tomato soup was tasty (if a little small - it’s soup, please sir, I want some more!). For an airport, pretty good!

Ordered two drinks, cashier taking our order seemed absolutely blitzed (watched them take an order for a muffin, scoff at a woman for not realizing they needed to press buttons after using tap-to-pay, and then ask why she was still there, because he hadn't given her the muffin yet; then he asked if he had not given her something. Coffee is ok and food good depending of what you order. Recommend the scones. Note that salty food is pretty basic (e.g. small bread cut in halves, one triangle of cheddar, one geometrically correct egg for 8.50$).
