Very good coffee & tea options along with fantastic baked goods. Usually quite easy to get a seat, but it does get busy & a bit loud at times with the buzz of many different conversations!! Staff is friendly & can definitely handle the often long line of customers!

This is one of five shops in Toronto! The inside has a classical vibe. The music makes it a great spot to sip and read. The coffee is unbeatable and baked goodies are so yum! The staff are courteous and efficient. I love Balzac’s coffee beans. It tastes clean and nutty! The inside of the store if clean and spacious.

Kudos to barista Amanda for her incredible service. It’s rare to find someone with that much positive energy. She treats every customer like a guest at a party and completely transforms the atmosphere of the store. Balzac's is lucky to have her!
